Wonderful facility! Staff is very kind and compassionate!! The facility is very clean and warm and welcoming. They encourage the residents to participate in activities and help them. They offer multiple types of activities and easy levels of understanding. The suites are very nice and clean and modern.

Everyone was very accommodating. Did not have the usual care home smell. Quiet. Lots of activities if you choose to attend. Toured magnolia & liked it. In a nice small town

My mother stayed in Magnolia Place and we were extremely pleased with the care she received during her stay. She passed away during her stay and the staff handled our grief during this time with thoughtfulness, respect and showed sympathy for not only us but for the loss of someone they enjoyed being a part of the Magnolia family.

I recommend it to everyone that I meet. I've taken their brochures to our Area Agency on Aging and have them put out where people could see them and pick one on. I have nothing but great things to say about Magnolia place of Saxonburg. The staff is wonderful they take good care of the patients and they actually care for them. That's a big plus they don't just work there as a job. I've experienced that first hand more than once. I've even got a phone call when my mom's not having a good day to let me know. The place is clean it doesn't smell and you can get in anytime you want. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Everyone is so nice very beautiful and lovely and very well taken care of and there is lots of things to do they have a court yard and rooms are very clean very good smelling good and staff are really nice

I have recommended others to Magnolia Place and my mother loves it. The activities keep her occupied and I can only say great things about Magnolia place. They have numerous activities which is great because they're such a variety. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far .

Our family had an in person tour and we thought Magnolia Place was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous and a very nice program. The ladies giving us the tour were absolutely wonderful and took a lot of time to show us what we wanted to see and answer all our questions. They were all very professional. We were able to meet with the activities director and get to check out the cafeteria. The only deciding factor was the price - if your loved ones level of care changed there was a significant jump in price.

The food is good., although it's not home cooked meals. We picked this community, becasue It was available. They have differnt types of games for the activites. I would recommend to other families.

This community was very nice and it was very homey and warm. I really liked this community.

The care services there would be an absolute ten out of ten, and we have heard the food there is very good. They have just gone above and beyond given the situation with covid. They quickly recognized our mother had covid, they reacted quickly, they notified us quickly and got her to the hospital. Those actions caused our loved one to survive, and they have just had great communication overall.

The staff went out of their way for everything. They are friendly and are always available to answer questions. Any time my loved one needs anything they let us know and the communication is great. I would definitely recommend this community to others

I have been a resident for 2 years and love it here!

We sent our mother for a respite stay, she couldn't be alone while we were away. Needless to say, when the time comes for permanent care, this will be our choice.
