This facility is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and professional My mom was here for 2 weeks after a bout with the flu. She’s 88 and couldn’t walk 2 steps now she can and is climbing 12 stairs at a time. They worked her like a dog and she’s got her life back. I can’t say enough about this place. She particularly liked [name removed] but they all treated her like family. She will miss all her new friends. The food was great too. It’s done in house now they got rid of the old food service which I guess was awful. It was tough putting my mom her but she wouldn’t have regained her strength without these people. Thanks

This service was very helpful to me and my family. Without this service I don't know where I would have started. It pointed us to the right area we wanted our mother to be with the income she had. We selected a place that they had provided in their search. Thank you

I like this community for the good care that I am receiving here at this nice community. The staff is so very caring and patient with my needs. The community is very clean and I like living here. The meals are good and I like the nice variety. They offer me activities with the other residents, I would highly recommend the care and the value for others to see the great care that is received here.

Things are going very good for my friend since moving in here. Her apartment is huge, she has a kitchen to cook her own meals in. They have housekeeping about once a week to help her out. They also have a game room where residents can go in and play cards or hang out.

My mom is happy with at this community and is well taken care of. The food is outstanding and she really loves the meals that are provided. The are alot of activities offered. The rooms and the grounds are clean and well kept at all times. I would highly recommend this for excellent care for loved ones.

My mother is very happy here. I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. They are caring for her very well, they have a lovely staff here. They have been friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She has gotten involved in the community, she is trying some of the activities they offer. She looks forward to the meals, the food is very good. The community looks great, everything is spotless and smells good. She is being cared for very well here and I would highly recommend it.

I lived in the rehabilitation part of Royal Terrace ! The nurses, therapy and Steven was awesome ! Therapy is out of this world in greatness! Royal Terrace is a great place !

Royal Terrace is a pretty decent place. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help us. I have never seen the facility when it wasn't spotless. The other residents here are very friendly and they always have a smile for you.

This is a very nice looking facility! However I don't think it was a good match for my loved one. This place seems like it is more appropriate for someone who was much more mobile than my loved one was.

Our experience with Royal Terrace has been a very good one! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they were a huge help to us throughout the whole process. They helped with paperwork, and really made the transition go smoothly. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they seem to take great care of the people who live here!

It was a very pleasant experience at Royal Terrace Nursing & Rehab. We were only there a short time but in that time everything was good. I was satisfied with the experience.

Things have gone very well with Luther Ridge at Seiders Hill. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help or answer questions. It really has been a wonderful experience so far, and we'd recommend them highly!

Luther Ridge has provided my mom with the most amazing care and attention. She is thriving here-- a changed person. My only regret is that we didn't get her in sooner. I am deeply appreciative of all of their help and assistance. The admissions director, [name removed] is amazing. She will do anything she can to help you in the challenging days leading up to the admission. Luther Ridge rocks! Love them.

I recently went to The oaks At Sweeten Creek for my rehabilitation after an extended stay at the hospital. The Staff at this facility work really hard to provided services to all of the patients. I was very nervous about having to go to a Skilled Nursing facility as I do not consider myself a senior citizen. Once I was up and going I found that some of the patients were younger than I am . I was able to participate in therapy at my pace. Not being morning person the staff were willing to let me get started later in the day. I really liked the Therapy department they made my stay go faster and had me walking out of the facility within my expected discharge date. If I ever have to go back (which I hope that I don't) I will be back to The Oaks At Sweeten Creek. Thanks to all of the CNA, Nurses and Fabulous Therapy dept. I am home where I belong.

The staff here is very nice and they really helped us with the transition. The facility itself is always spotless and Royal Terrace seems to be well run by the management. So far we have had a great experience here.

I recently placed my Father at The Oaks At Sweeten Creek, The staff went above and beyond to ensure that he had everything that he needed for his first night stay. Something as simple as 3 pillows was huge to my Dad. The Nursing staff truly care about the patient not just the diagnosis. I know that it is difficult to place your loved one in a facility regardless of where we place them. I can go to bed at night and know that my Dad is being cared for. He is eating better and seems to be happy in his new home. Thank you to all of the staff .

Although this was a great place for most people, I felt like it was not the best suit for my family.

Very homey and simple. Not enough activities. No transportation which will not suit my needs.
