Brookdale

Staff is very caring and professional. They always seem a bit short handed but have managed to work it out. Rate increase at one year anniversary was expected. Its called assisted living but alot of the residents have early dementia,alzhiemers, etc. Lots of wheelchairs right now. The overall atomsphere is very homelike. Nice courtyard to sit outside.

This place is wonderful. I have all of the confidence in the world in them. You can always leave and know your loved one is being taken care of! In most places there are always things you might not like or agree with but at Brookdale Reidsville I haven't found anything. I have recommended it to several families and know of other people who are in different locations and they love it there! I highly recommend it to anyone!!

The staff are very attentive. The rooms are very nice and private with views of the courtyard. The food served is good and they give out snacks throughout the day. They have daily activities that stimulate and please. Overall a great place for my dad that gives me comfort in knowing he is taken care of.

After visiting over a half dozen facilities in the Mesa Arizona area for a safe fun place for my mom, we found Brookdale Springs. Mom absolutely did not feel comfortable with any of the facilities she looked at, we thought relocating her was just not going to work, until we met with the staff at Brookdale Springs Mesa. Mom's attitude immediately changed and felt a warmth from the staff, residents and the facility. Mom and I are just extremely happy with the whole experience there. Mom and I want to give a very special thank you to [name removed] who has a genuine, friendly and caring relationship with all the residents, as I have observed. She brings a fun, positive and caring feeling to every senior in the facility. I hope that [name removed] and the whole staff are recognized. A true passion to help our elderly can be rare these days but we are very happy with the whole experience. Thank you

Prices are a bit excessive. And seems as if it is almost al-a-carte for some of the services. Even if they are not needed. But I still like the facility overall vs. the other facilities to choose from. The intake representative/manager [name removed] was the deciding choice for staying at Brookdale Chambrel Williamsburg.

The facility is just a little dated, but they have a new dining hall that is beautiful. The quality of care is very good, but they are a little bit understaffed. They all tried very hard to make us feel welcome. They have been very good in answering questions about billing as we close our accounts. Our family would recommend Brookdale Santa Fe as an assisted living facility.

The difference between the last place I was at is in the title. The food here is great, as opposed to the other places, the people on staff have since the start of my stay here been very welcoming and encouraging. As I only will be for the short stay while I rehab, I would encourage you to get name on a list and look at this place.

We experienced a very warm and professional atmosphere The staff always made themselves available for questions and concerns. Food was delicious. They helped us through a very difficult time I would absolutely recommend this memory care facility to others looking.

I've been here for 7 years. I get along with everyone. I like the staff. I really like being here. There's nothing I dislike.

Mom moved from another facility and our experience here has been so much more positive. The office staff processes insurance information accurately. The care staff is very involved with the residents.

As soon as you enter the building you get welcome and friendly. They ask if they can help and point you in the direction that you gping.

The facility is clean, warm, and quite satisfactory, and rooms are cleaned weekly professionally. Food is delicious and timely, never heard unkind words or been treated roughly. Very helpful when needed. Know us by our name.

Brookdale Troy has been very accommodating and caring when taking care of my mother. The staff has always been very respectful and provided exceptional support. It has been a positive experience.

Honestly it was the type room that was available at that time that made us choose Brookdale Union Park over others we looked into. However, I talk to others who were familiar with Brookdale prior to my decision. The team tries hard to give quality cares. They are always willing to discuss any concerns I have in an open and honest manner.

We liked Brookdale and the staff immediately. We knew right away we would feel comfortable letting my father live there. He now has passed away but I feel I will visit and remain friends with the kind staff iet there.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Orland Park and the overall experience was great. Based on the experience, I would recommend this facility to others.
