A Life of Purpose and Meaning
When you decide to move your loved one into our warm and welcoming memory care community, you can rest easy knowing they will be surrounded by a friendly care team and given all kinds of opportunities to enjoy a life rich in purpose and meaning.
Because our community was designed from the ground up with memory care residents in mind, everything about our building will provide your loved one with peace of mind. We utilize security measures like keypad entry and daily-check ins and installed emergency response systems in each senior living apartment to provide additional peace of mind. Our care team is also on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency.
Your family member will enjoy a wide range of activities and events through our signature Clare Bridge program, which was created exclusively for seniors living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Through things like light exercise classes, sensory therapy, soothing massages and manicures, and classic movie nights, they will always have something fun and fulfilling to do here on campus. We even play games like bingo and cornhole and enjoy big band music that reminds many of our residents of their fondest childhood memories.
While the details of the calendar may chance, you can also know that the activities are designed to give them everything they need to enjoy a wonderful retirement in the company of warm and friendly neighbors and a care team who goes above and beyond to make sure they feel known and respected as the remarkable individual they are.
In addition to a wonderful calendar of events, your loved one will have access to all kinds of excellent services and amenities, including but not limited to:
•Private accommodations that feel and function like a home
•Customized care plans designed to meet your specific needs
•Safety precautions like emergency response systems in each residence
•Three delicious meals a day served in a restaurant-style dining room
•Care team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week?
We know it can be difficult to release the care of your family member to someone else, but we’re here to give you the chance to focus less on the details and more on the relationship. Our team is on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle the household chores and provide assistance with dining, bathing, dressing and so much more. Because we handle all the details, you are free to spend more time loving, laughing and sharing stories and memories with your treasured family member.
