Everything You Want, Everything You Need

If first impressions are everything, we think we make a pretty good one. Nestled between historic Frank Lloyd Wright homes and a vibrant downtown shopping district, the location of our independent and assisted living community is just the start of what makes this place great. The convenient location makes it easy to explore, but the warm and welcoming residents and care team make staying on campus even better.

Free from the burdens of tasks like cooking, cleaning and maintaining a home, you can enjoy all the comforts of home and a long list of activities, programs and events on the community calendar with new energy.

Imagine savoring a delicious meal with your closest friends and family members while overlooking the city skyline at our rooftop restaurant—and never having to help wash the dishes. Or think about what life would be like if you woke up each morning ready to strap on your shoelaces and participate in an invigorating exercise class without ever leaving the building. Alternatively, you may enjoy finding a cozy chair beside the fireplace and curling up with a good novel.

No matter how you want to spend your golden years, you can do it here with wonderful company, a delightful and homey atmosphere, and all the freedom you deserve.

With countless amenities and services available on campus, you’ll have all the conveniences you need. Resident favorites include:
•Spacious and elegant common areas to gather, dine and socialize
•Skyline restaurant on the 13th floor of the building
•On-campus concierge, library, fitness center and clinic
•Fun-filled community calendar with exciting events, activities and programs
•Personalized care plans designed to meet your specific needs

Say goodbye to things like raking the leaves or sweeping the kitchen. You don’t even have to wash another dish in your life—unless you really want to, of course. Because we’re here to handle the mundane chores and responsibilities you’ve carried for decades, you can sit back, relax and enjoy all the perks senior living has to offer.

Before you move in, we’ll work together to create a customized care plan that meets your specific care needs. Whether that means helping with things like bathing and dressing, managing medication or just pointing you in the direction of the nearest community event, we’re always here to lend a hand.

For added peace of mind, our care team is available 24/7 to be alerted to an emergency.

    Great location, beautiful modern facilities

  • Dining Room issues

The facility itself is nice and the location is great. A few things to be aware of: First, the orientation is minimal. There is no effort to introduce a new resident to the executive director, the activities director, the dining room director and staff, etc. Orientation is left with the other residents, and so can vary depending on the (one) resident who agrees to provide the orientation. More important to day-to-day living, Brookdale has been having continuing problems with their (only) dining facility. The food is uneven. The wait staff in uniformly slow and inept and sometimes can be downright rude and condescending to the residents. Also, the dining room does not have open seating and so those that do not have reservations with a group that fills a table must wait for some time to be seated. Often you will see a huge group waiting to be seated while there are empty tables in the dining room. The person doing the seating of residents does not seem to get to know them and who they like to sit with. The dining room is a big reason why people decide to move from their homes, so make sure you ask about these things before making a decision.

  • My visit

This community is over the top gorgeous. It is in a great location and the grounds are really pretty. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. This community was just a little out of our price range.
