Sunrise Senior Living

We chose Sunrise of Rocklin at the time because of the location and it was recommended to us as well. The room sizes here are small but adequate. I do like that they are private bedrooms even though they are shared apartments. The meals here are chef prepared off of a menu and the food is excellent. The chef even comes out and visits with the residents and gets feedback about the meals. I think through the holidays they have been good about keeping the residents busy with different services. Overall, we are very happy with our choice.

Our loved one seems to enjoy the meals and dining service, and the rooms would be about a four out of five. We would recommend this community to others.

Pricing still a tad unclear, as the email description of add on services, didn't quite match the conversation we had, however, I have a good idea of what it would be. Good option to consider. Very helpful to see pre-recorded video of rooms. Good to know they are all getting vaccinated next week. Care givers go thru a lot of training too.

The facility appears to be well maintained. The staff was friendly towards the few residents that I saw. Would want to visit during non Covid to see how the residents interact with more staff. Cost seems very high.

We chose Sunrise at North Hills because of the location. My father said to me not to go with my most expensive and to go somewhere in the middle so that also weighed into my mind, I wanted the best I could get for my money. I saw quite a few others in Raleigh and I liked this facility the best. The room sizes here are adequate, they have options on room sizes as well. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

Our loved one was having a blast with the activities they had to offer before COVID. Our loved ones room is very nice, it would be a five out of five. We would recommend this community to others.

I would recommend this community. The room sizes are good and they offer several different floor plans. The food is good and they have a good variety. They keep the building maintained and the grounds very nice

The layout of the community was a big thing for our family and our loved ones. They both liked the feel to of it, it felt more homey. the rooms were good, we liked them. We would recommend this community to others.

Our experience with this community was very good, they were very good to our loved one. The location is convenient it is easy access to us in case of an emergency. The rooms were nice, but there was a pipe in the room which broke a few times causing the room to flood, however we would recommend this community to others.

The only concern we had with this community is the call button for the residents. The staff were delayed in getting to the residents after clicking the call button. The staff were very sweet. I just wish the staff could be quicker response time for the residents.

The Courtyard at Lakewood has been great, it is everything that we were looking for for my dad. The food has been exceptionally good, but he does say the portions are too big. The rent has gone up a little since he has moved in. They have been very good about communicating with us throughout the virus and letting us know what is going on inside the community. I would recommend to others.

The community sometimes has some turnover, and will have to pull back on housekeeping when this happens. It is a pretty good place to live. The only issue my loved one has in the food. It is sometimes cold, this is also in the dining room. The food is currently being delivered to the residents.

We chose Sunrise of Edina because of the activities that they were able to provide to the residents as well as the location. My mom is in memory care, she is in a small bedroom and it is perfect size for her. The best part about the community is that the memory care is all inclusive. I would recommend the community.

right now the food service could be better. With the food going to their rooms the times can vary. The residents are very nice. The room sizes are very nice, she has a kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom. This community is in a pretty part town also. I would recommend this community.

This community is a very good place to be. The room's size are nice and the layout is good. the food is average but they do have a good variety. The staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend this facility to a friend,

Happy overall. One exception is the food. The food is poor quality and portions are often small. Staff is for the most part quite helpful and well-informed and prompt to meet needs of residents. Apartments need to be brought up to more comfortable conditions I need more adequate lighting and paint needs to be redone and carpet is desperate for a cleaning.

Food- okay Apartment - okay Bathroom is hard to shower in. Housekeeping has nice people. Can they empty trash if bagged? Receptionist is friendly. Staff is very nice, helpful. Transportation not too good, needs to be more helpful. Activities are okay, more going places. Wait staff is nice.

I think under the current circumstances we are in excellent management. The food tends to be somewhat routine but the extra cost for serving it would certainly interfere! The staff is really friendly and always there to help whatever problems come up. The general persuasive feeling is terrific: attitudes and helpfulness.
