The community is overall good, but the room needs to be cleaned more often. I would like to see more communication and some initiative when it comes to her care. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

Hello! Allow us to take a closer look at this for you. Please contact us at email@example.com with your information so we're able to best assist you. Thank you.- The Sunrise Team
This was a nice facility and we did a virtual tour. The person that we did the virtual tour with was pretty good and it was well done.
I would highly recommend it. I think it's a very warm, caring environment. We looked at a lot of other places, but this one suits our loved one well. It's more of a family environment. The facility is beautiful. Our loved one is the happiest here that he's ever been. He loves the food and the choices they offer. Also the activities seem to be very engaging.
We talked with Sunrise and they were always very friendly and they answered all of my questions that I had and were good about following up. We did not choose this facility because they do not take Medicaid.
The communication was good for the challenging times during covid. The staff was very friendly and compassionate and they tried to the very best they could for our loved ones. I would recommend this community to others. There was a monthly newsletter that was sent to us.
I would want others to know who are looking into Sunrise of Plymouth Beach that you should get full disclosure on all circumstances before moving your loved ones in here. We were very disappointed with the care services and I would not recommend them.
The cleanliness of the community is excellent, the staff members are wonderful they are so friendly and the care services are also excellent. Our loved one really enjoys the meals there, she says they are delicious, and when they are able to offer the activities she really enjoys those as well.
The more care you can provide yourself the cheaper it is. You pay separately for the care services needed but they do have private rooms. I would definitely recommend this community to others
The overall quality of care is great, The staff is very helpful and does a great job. I would definitely recommend this community to others. The community is so caring also
The community took my loved one in July and she passed in February. They let my loved one's spouse stay with her all the time. The community saw how much my loved one's spouse helped with the care in the evening and overnight , this allowed my loved one feel more comfortable. The community worked with us and everything. They were flexible with us due to the health changes of my loved one. This allowed her to feel more comfortable and live out her final months in peace. Sunrise would make sure to have some type of activities like games to help with memory or brain games for the residents. I am not sure how much this community has worked with ALS patients in the past, my prior loved one.
I really enjoyed my tour of this community. It is a really nice facility, and everyone was very kind. It had a nice, home environment. The staff was very kind, and informative. All our questions were answered. The experience went very well, but my love one didn't feel this was the one for her. However I was impressed with my tour.
They offer tons of activities and my aunt is starting to participate in them. The staff are superb. They are encouraging, loving, caring and we have good communication. She loves the food and they offer snacks and beverages throughout the day. The community is very clean and they have bright windows in the apartments. The community looks like a nice hotel. They have fresh fruits and vegetables in the lobby. The services available are a la carte and the community is affordable.
I am very happy with the care that my father is getting with this community. He likes that they are caring for his needs. The meals are good and appealing. they do offer activities for him. The community is very clean. We would recommend this care to others and the value that is given here.
This community is great and I really like it and so does my loved one. I think that the staff is wonderful and provide excellent care to my loved one. The only thing that I would change is that they did not do a good job about keeping me informed about different cost that they had. Other than that this is the place for my loved one.
Very nice facility, residents were very interactive. Chris was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me information
This was a respite for my husband and it was a really good experience but the meals he ate made it awful too. The only bad thing is the food here. They are not cooking the food properly and has no taste. The meals are either over cooked or under cooked. Otherwise the physical therapist was excellent. He is the main reason I brought my husband. I was impressed when we met him and he was great at reviving my husband to a better stage. His room was nice, clean and modern looking.
My mother's sister-in-law recommended this place for my mother after touring the facility. I haven't visited the place much but from what I have seen, it seems pleasant and clean. The staff seem friendly. I haven't attended any activities but have seen the schedule, which seems very similar to what is offered at other assisted living facilities.
WONDERFUL place!! Excellent staff in every department and isn't that what it's all about! Couldn't be more helpful in every area. Great activities. We couldn't be happier.
We are pretty happy with them so far. The food is fine, and we don't have any complaints. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. It seems to be working out well for us so far.
We looked at a lot of places and they were all very nice. We were able to choose based on which place fit the personality of our loved one, and also the one we chose was one that she already had friends at. This was nice though, a beautiful facility.
