The staff were super friendly and seemed to really care about their residents. They had a really good resident to staff ration on the memory care side, it really felt like a warm and family atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond what was expected. They always tried to engage the residents in activities even if it was not the most successful. We appreciated all their efforts and overall were pleased with our experience.... Read more

I would highly recommend Brighton Gardens of St. Charles. The staff is very nice, they were always there and willing to answer all of our questions. They also helped with a lot of stuff that came up. Overall I am very pleased with this community.
I can't recommend Brighton Gardens enough. They allowed my grandfather to live his last year of life with dignity & unmatched care. He was loved, doted on, & every time I went to visit he was content & clearly well cared-for. His room was neat, clean, & he always had what he needed. The facility is beautiful, bright, & felt like a home- never a hospital. They keep their residents busy with activities daily & make sure to get to know them and their interests upon moving in. Grandpa was a big Cubs fan & they made sure to put the games on for him during the season. End of life care is an almost impossible decision to make, & I cannot thank you folks enough for what you did for my grandfather & to ease our minds when we couldn't be there. Even during a pandemic, you made it work & never once had us feel like a burden for checking in on him. It is SO hard to find folks in human services that have genuine passion and dedication but yours has been as clear as glass since day one. THANK YOU.
This community was really good and it was one of my favorites. The community that we went with just had more things that we were looking for in a community.
All services will have a fee associated with them.

[name removed] was informative, reassuring and knowledgeable. The facility is exceptionally clean, worm and welcoming. The residents were happy and delightful.
My wife was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and I put her in Brighton Gardens. She was there for two weeks before she passed. I visited her almost every day she was there. Every person from the receptionist up to the director that I interacted with at Brighton Gardens was professional, kind, compassionate and caring. I was in the next room several times while she was being tended to and the aids were fantastic. They treated her with dignity and respect every time I was present when they interacted with her. I couldn't be happier with the way she and I were treated at Brighton Gardens and would use them again in a heart beat.
We moved our mother from another facility (where there were significant problems) to Brighton-Gardens of St Charles. We love the way they were taking care Mom before Covid - always going the extra mile, staff stopping by to talk and play games with her, encouraging her for the numerous activities, etc... Since Covid that attention has only increased. They are easy to communicate with, responsive, proactive, and they care! So glad we made the move!
Our mom has been at BG for almost two years. This is her second assisted living facility and we are so grateful to have found BG. We installed a Nest camera in her room as a way for us to keep tabs on her. Watching the staff interact with our mom is heart warming. They have become an extension of our family especially critical during this pandemic. Our mom is happy, content and comfortable. We highly recommend Brighton Gardens of St. Charles.
In spite of the virus and isolation of remaining in her room [removed] year, our 91 yr old Mom is happy and mos and most beautiful importantly healthy at Sunrise. She enjoys the food - even likes the “room service”. She is so missing peer contact but staff and caregivers are amazingly sweet and engaging to her. We so look forward to the return of the fantastic activities [names removed] provide. We exercise and play brain games with Mom two times per day. We are blessed with a Mom who is naturally happy but Sunrise is a godsend to us. Thanks [names removed] and all fantastic, professional and caring people who visit our Mom every day.
From the very first phone call, my questions have been answered, my concerns addressed with thoroughness and care. My dad is being treated with love and respect, and we could not ask for more of a home-away-from-home. Thank you all!
Very friendly Admissions coordinator, virtual tour worked well and staff a waved as we “toured” the facility, and programming was diverse. It didn’t work out for us but I wish it had!
Spoke to [name removed]. Dad would need assessment to determine cost of medical carw
The best place ever. Every one that works there whether they are on my Mom's reminiscence floor or not know her by name. The individual care and extra attention and care when needed is amazing. Within the next year I have to move out of state to Pennsylvania but thank God there is a Sunrise facility near where we are moving and that is where she is going. Never a doubt in my mind that this is a fantastic community for my mom and the loved ones of others. Don't hesitate to put your loved one into this facility
I’m not really sure why this didn’t rank as high with me but I guess because it is kinda more corporate than homey feeling. The staff was nice enough, but feel like there was not that warm fuzzy feeling. It is beautiful, light and airy. Great screened in porches, nice rooms, smelled good. Just not my fav.
Out of the two, my father-in-law was most comfortable with this facility and so were we. A homey place. It's nice to have a receptionist at the front, as well as a nice house pet. [Removed] gave us a complete tour and she also provided a good overview. The rooms were very nice. It was good to see a lot of folks in the common areas, of course we did go at lunch time. It is possible to walk to the bank and several places to eat. The in-town location was also favored by my father-in-law.
My husband is currently doing a short respite stay at this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for him. The staff have been helpful with his everyday needs and I am comfortable with the care he has been receiving. He has had no complaints about the meals and is starting to participate in some of the activities with the other residents. Overall this place has been a huge help to our family and we would recommend it to anyone.
Brighton Gardens of St. Charles was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community because we were looking for all of the rooms to be ground level and it was a bit pricey.
It was was a very informative tour. The staff was very friendly and caring. It has an older, quaint feel to it. We ended up choosing another community because of the wait list and found a community closer to my home.
My mom loves it here, she has really perked up since moving here. The staff is prenominal, they are on top of any issues that may arise. They are all so super friendly. She loves the food and won't miss a meal and the interaction. They offer activities and try and get everyone to participate. She enjoys going to the hair dresser every week. The community is very clean and smells great. My family comes to visit and have commented on how friendly it is. The location is great, it's close to my house and we go out to lunch often. They offer transportation to go shopping or take rides around the area. There are a group of residents that go out lunch once a week. So far they have brought in therapy ponies, and they have concerts twice a week. She feels very comfortable and at home here. She is celebrating her 104th birthday next weekend and they are throwing a party for her. She told her therapist it's like one big family, everyone looks out for each other!
