My mother has lived at Leominster Crossings for 4 1/2 years and frequently tells us how blessed she is to be there. With friendly residents, attentive staff, including the nurses, she finds all her needs met. Now 102, she's celebrated four birthdays at Leominster Crossings and often tells me, "I have everything here." Her satisfaction and contentment with "everything," from the food to the activities to the atmosphere, mean the world to my siblings and me. We know she is cared for, safe and happy.

Some of the staff is a bit friendlier than others, but they are all great with the residents. The care could be improved for the higher needs residents. The staff is really good about engaging the residents in activities. If a resident does not want to participate, they are good about encouraging them to do so in the future. Corcoran House is definitely worth the price. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we think Corcoran House is doing everything they can do protect the residents. During the community lock down, the staff has really stepped up to assist further than usual. It has been very difficult for my mother to be in quarantine.
