The staff at Brookdale Wayne were very welcoming when we were visited and they were very friendly. They are very willing to listen to us when we need something, however the night staff is lacking a little compassion. The rooms at this community are pretty spacious and very nice. The food is about average, we would give it a three out of five. We would recommend this community to a family or friend
Read moreI have toured many assisted living before deciding to place my family member here. I am so pleased with the decision! You can tell the management truly cares about us and it stems off into all the other workers. [Name removed] went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and I would recommend this place to anyone looking!
Read moreAlcoeur Gardens of [Removed] was a nice place for dad to stay for a brief respite stay. The staff was very attentive and caring to his needs. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The activities director was very young and hopefully, as she gains more experience they will have more activities. The staff did try to encourage the residents to participate. My dad liked the food, there was variety and other choices if he wanted something else besides what being served. There was a deck for my dad to go out and get some fresh air if he wanted to. We were happy with the care they provided and felt he was in a safe place. We would recommend this community to others.
