Introducing: A Place for Mom Blog

During the last 9 months in my new role as CEO at A Place for Mom, we’ve done extensive industry research and analysis as well as partner and family outreach. This analysis has helped us determine how to make A Place for Mom an even better company and resource for families and seniors as they search for senior living and senior care options and solutions.

While we’ve made changes to how we work, the core focus of A Place for Mom hasn’t changed. We are still dedicated to providing families a wide choice of quality senior care options that fits within their individual family needs and budgets.  My personal mission as CEO is to foster a best-in-class network of Senior Living Advisors and Senior Care Providers.

Having watched my own parents search for senior care for my grandparents, I’m passionate about providing families access to not only the largest network of senior housing options, but also to valuable information and resources they  can use to help guide them through the golden years. From the latest aging and senior housing news, tips and trends—to providing a personal glimpse into our employees and how we work—we are determined to provide sought-after senior care information.

Family case studies on senior living transitions are also a great resource on what works and doesn’t work, based on individual family needs. This is why we have decided to launch A Place for Mom’s own blog—to provide this insight into senior living and senior housing from our industry perspective.
