These provisions include Medications may be administered by licensed individuals or by medication aides , a licensed health care professionall must annually review all residents medications, and The community must have a medication management plan that is reviewed and approved by the Department.. Staff are required to receive training in a number of fields. These areas include procedures for detecting suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation, confidential treatment of personal information, reporting requirements, and Specific duties and requirements of their positions. This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include Periodic oversight of special diets by a dietitian or nutritionist, three nutritious meals must be provided each day, and bedtime and between meal snacks must be available.
