The minimum number of residents for this community type is 2. In total, there can be no more than 2 residents to a room. There must be one bath or shower for every 4 residents and one toilet for every 4 residents. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include intermittent nursing care, personal care, nursing supervision, and assistance with cognitive orientation.
