I met with the director of sales and leasing for a tour and was very impressed. I have been looking for the perfect place to move my mom in the next year and this visit left me with such relief and optimism for our future. My mom loves the Nebraska cornhuskers so I was excited to see that they have a room dedicated to the Huskers! The Director of Leasing was so kind and answered my long list of questions. She even had a cup of coffee ready for me when I arrived! She really showed that she cared about my mom's well-being and wanted to know us on a personal level. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" an apartment like I have felt on other tours. I really recommend that everyone experience this for themselves! Thank you so much for all of your help and kindness!

My mom was going to move there but then experienced a change of condition and she doesn’t qualify! I want to thank everyone who works there it was going to be a great experience for my mom. [name removed] the sales person was so sweet and answered our questions. We meet the ED and you can tell she truly cares. The staff came up to us and introduced themselves. We had looked at some other places and this one was the only one for us.

Everyone here is so friendly and treats me well. I felt welcomed by the community since the 1st night I moved in. If I ever have an issue then it is quickly resolved. I really enjoy being here.

Very clean, friendly, and full of activities for the residents. My dad has been there about one and a half months; the move was tough on him, but the staff has done a good job helping him orient himself. His Alzheimer’s is progressing quickly seems like, but the staff has done well by checking on him more often and helping him get from his room and back. Overall I’d give them an A.

When my loved one is ill and something happens they are not notifying anyone in the family. I mean outside of that he is good but the communication is awful.

My brother is a resident at Reunion Court of Kingwood and the overall experience has been mostly good. The food service is not as good, but my brother is able to prepare meals for himself in his apartment.

I love my HOME! Room privacy is best, not having to share a room. The young attitude they have, the family atmosphere, the cleanliness, the love and caring all staff shows for each resident - all really set Meredith Court apart from other places.

I'm happy here and feel safe and cared for. I especially like that it's a smaller facility.

My mother lives here and is very well taken care of. I am very pleased with the care that she receives. Everyone is so friendly and loving to her. I would highly recommend it for your loved one. They love the residents just like their own family. They even call my mother granny.

It is a smaller facility and the workers all know our names and who our loved one is. She was in a facility in Houston and she had to wear a name tag. It is very homey. It's not fancy but that's what we like.

Their staff went above and beyond helpful, from aiding us in moving her in, to seeing after her daily wants and needs Mom never had a complaint while living there, and made quick friends with the residents and staff. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, positive and prompt in helping in any way they could. Heather Ridge was frankly, an absolute godsent in our lives and the life of our mother/mother in law. She was in serious financial trouble, having been evicted from her previous nursing home when her Medicaid was denied. She was wheelchair restricted, completely reliant on SS, and without financial resources. We were recommended Heather Ridge by A Place for Mom, and both were an answer to our prayers. Heather Ridge staff met with us and Mom right away, and listened to the complications of her situation . They were kind, understanding and managed to work out a custom rent plan to accommodate her needs and severe financial limitations. Their staff went above and beyond helpful, from aiding us in moving her in, to seeing after her daily wants and needs Mom never had a complaint while living there, and made quick friends with the residents and staff. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, positive and prompt in helping in any way they could. We especially want to recognize their head of nursing , [name removed], and their office manager, [name removed]. Both ladies took our calls day and night, and worked so well with both Mom and our extended family.

The cleanliness of the facility really stood out to us. Highly encourage people who are considering it to take a tour.

I cannot express enough how pleased we are with Strake Court. From the moment we walked in, the warm & welcoming atmosphere captured our hearts. The staff stands out for their prompt responsiveness, always addressing any concerns. The updated decor creates a modern & inviting space, & the wide carpeted hallways give a sense of openness & accessibility. It truly feels like a home away from home. One of our main concerns was ensuring that my mother would feel comfortable & engaged. They have exceeded our expectations in this regard. Not only has she not missed a single meal, but she eagerly participates in every activity offered. The activities have proven to be not only enjoyable but also tailored to the diverse interests of the residents. Our family is grateful for the positive experience we've had. It provides peace of mind knowing that she is not only cared for but is thriving in an environment that fosters both well-being & community. We wholeheartedly recommend Strake Court.

The staff I have encountered have been very friendly. Everyone is friendly and approachable, no matter what time of day I show up. I have never caught even a hint of bad smells and I worked in different facilities for almost 15 years. It always smells fresh and clean. Communication has been outstanding on any issues that have come up. I see that my dad is very happy and I also see him putting on a bit of weight, which is a good thing because I was getting worried. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

My mother is an eight year resident of Lucas Court. We chose this Assisted Living over others in the community for cleanliness, friendliness & competitive pricing. At that time, my mother was mobile with a walker, vision challenged, deafness and mild onset Alzheimer’s. I loved that they had a secure front door and a courtyard to the open air. I work in the healthcare industry, in a position to advice people on Long-term care placement. I recommend visiting a facility at key times of the day such as breakfast, lunch and dinner. If the dining room is not filled with residents, they may be still in bed. Lucas Courts dining room teams with residents even on weekends. Eight years later, my mother’s mobility has declined to a wheelchair, & her dementia has progressed. Instead, of transferring her to a Nursing Home, Lucas Court combined efforts of end of life care with a local Hospice organization. Today, I find my mother cared for in the same familiar place and faces.

Facility Staff are very understanding regarding individual's condition and financial situation. Housekeeping keeps things impeccably clean. Communication is great. The move in was very accommodating, since Dad not have a bed yet. They provided one along with a cabinet for his few belongings. I was truly amazed by the whole move in experience. The meals are definitely healthy ones. I most certainly would recommend this facility because pretty much all staff are available to meet and speak with.. even I would want to reside there when get much older! It definitely feels like Home!

My loved one was previously a resident at Cedar Ridge Senior Living and everything was great. They were wonderful with her!

The move in was great - families need to be prepared to handle all the moving. Facilities provide dollies, but you move all things yourself. The meals are great. Staff text or called several times when a situation came up that needed attention.

I do wish they would bring back supplying meals at dinner for the residents that way they don't have to spend extra on food for dinner. Overall my Dad seems to enjoy it and now I am worry free for him because he has a nice secure place.
