An assisted living community is a residential living community which offers care, assistance, and supervision to medically stable seniors who are not in need of skilled nursing support. Assisted living communities commonly offer assistance with daily activities, care supervision, and opportunities for social activity. This community type has a number of provisions pertaining to medication assistance. These provisions include medication reminders, reading the medication label to residents, and medication administration.
