We were very happy with the tour. Looks like it may be a great fit for mom. We should be able to make a decision in the next day or so.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
Toured Harvester Place ahead of schedule. Lovely facility with an awesome staff. Special thanks to Theresa [Removed] for the guided tour this morning.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
The leadership and staff are excellent. The facility is kept up very well. My observation is that the residents are happier than in other facilities I have visited. There are only 2 issues I wish to note. The employee “filming” incident should have been handled better. Specifically, while there will always be bad people/employees, HP should have been much more transparent to both the families of residents as well as the general public. Regarding the COVID issue, the lack of transparency directed by Anthem Corporate was misguided and disastrous for your reputation. Most people would have been understanding of the situation as they know the leadership at HP is tremendous. However, it is the local employees who have had their reputations tarnished by this situation. I hope the PR firm, lawyers and corporate executives who advocated this policy are terminated for gross incompetence and abject stupidity.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
