The big deciding factors for us to pick Concord Place for our loved one was the accessibility - our loved one has a walker and all the doors slide open except for the apartment door, there are no stairs anywhere which is a huge relief. The second was the price - they have supportive care and the value is reasonably priced which is another huge aspect. The food generally is pretty good with a few glitches here and there. We really like all the updates they are doing to the main floors, it is going to be beautiful once finished. The staff have been super friendly and our loved ones just thinks they are fantastic and so nice. We like that it is a contained community which is amazing and based on our experience we would recommend Concord Place to other families

The community is wonderful. The staff are great to work with. They sometimes have a difficult time cleaning the common areas with the seniors that drop items on the ground often. The resident's rooms are cleaned weekly and they look great. The meals are good and there are choices for the residents to choose from, from a menu. There are activities available for the residents to participate in if they want.

One of the deciding factors for choosing Concord Place is that they have 3 meals a day 7 days a week which was huge for our loved one, we fell in love with the menu and our loved one is pleased with it overall. She says they have a lot of variety to pick from. They have great opportunities and different things for the residents to do - just the other day when we came to visit they had an ice cream social in the lobby. Comparing it to other places the value is reasonable, and the location is close to our family. They have quickly gone through their remodels so everything just looks amazing and beautiful. We would recommend this community to other families.

Concord Place was the largest out of all of the facilities that we toured. We were nervous that with it being SO large that our loved one would get lost in the shuffle. I also feel that in larger facilities it is harder for staff to build those personal relationships with the residents. I did notice though that there was a lot more activities going on here than at other places.
Our family had an in person tour and the staff we spoke with over the phone were very nice, but it was totally different when we come for the tour in person - just nothing we were expecting.
Our experience with Concord Place has been good so far. They have a lot of staff available to assist with the residents' needs, and are willing to assist with extra support when needed. This is a nice place to retire to. The community is in the industrial area, so there is not a lot to do outside. It would be nice to see some walking trails available for the residents to utilize and to spruce up the grounds the community sits on.

This is an all in one community. You can spend the rest of your life at this community. They have activities for everyone. This is an all inclusive resort. They have homemade meals and the residents are able to order off menus. There are lots of selections or specials as well. There are three meals a day, and additional snacks if the residents would like. The apartments are like studios with a bathroom in them. There are coin operated laundry rooms in the building, or you have the option of paying the community to do your laundry. The community provides weekly housekeeping for the resident's rooms.

My brother went to see Concord Place and saw the promise of it and the value for the money is good. He has raved about everything here is and is very happy. They go around and knock on everyone's door around 10am and ask how they are doing and feeling that day, so they are really good about checking out everyone. They also have a floor dedicated to veterans. They have a lot of perks and it is close to Heinz veterans hospital and they are able to able to transport him to and form appointments. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This is a very friendly community and there is a lot there for the people in the community to do. This is a very nice community and if something needs to be addressed they jump right on it and get it taken care of. They have activities like going out on the bus to go to stores. They also have virtual video games for the residents to do, art, live entertainment and more for the residents to enjoy.

We had a terrible experience with our tour here. They had no covid protocols at all, we had to wear masks during the tour but the employee showing us around did not. The staff were not warm or welcoming, in fact they were rude at times. They did not know any of the residents by name because they said they had too many of them. The location is not great either, it is off of an expressway and by and industrial park, so everything is concrete. There is no outdoor area for the residents to enjoy. The guy showing us around was nice and really trying, but it was not a good experience.
We chose Concord Place because they were close in the neighborhood and the value for the money was right for him. The apartment sizes at the facility are pretty spacious and perfect for what he needed. They do answer all of your questions and are available when you need them, you can call any time of day. It has been a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

The interior hallways are due for an updated and some modernization, but everything seems pretty clean otherwise. We thought the business side of things were very professional and they were very nice. When we moved in they made our loved one feel comfortable and were very flexible with our schedules which we appreciated.

I would not put my enemy here. This was a terrible place. The tour was fine and they say that there are renovations happening. However, it looked like a nursing home vs apartment living. They needed some updates for sure.

Because of covid things are pretty much locked down so it is hard to asses the facility at this point. We chose Concord place at the time due to the familiar location and the fact that they have different levels of care, so she can upgrade and stay here and we will not have to move her.
