These include: depression, Administrators must complete a 30-hour training program approved by the Department, management of residents’ finances, and environment and fire safety. Before a resident is accepted, they must go through a service plan screening to assure their needs are going to be met. This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as dietary restrictions, residents preferences, any physical or mental limitations, and initial comprehensive mental and physical assessment . This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include personal services, protective oversight, assistance with activities of daily living, and social and recreational services.
