At Sunrise of Westminster, all of our top-quality services and amenities are tailored to meet the needs of each resident. We create customized care plans and can assist with bathing, dressing, medication monitoring, and more. Our team is also equipped to assist with short-term respite stays, as well as memory care.
Many of our staff members have been providing quality care in our community for five to ten years, and enjoy building close connections with residents and their families. Hi Dolly, Thank you for the wonderful things you said about Sunrise of Westminster and the dedicated care givers and team members. Our residents are part of the Sunrise family and we take enormous pride in having the privilege to take care of them.
What really sold us about Sunrise of Westminster is that they are done as cottages and it is single floor access so you don't have to use elevators or stairs. The facility is built around the central living room and dining room so it is a very short walk to get to those places from your room. With the help of hospice, they did single person, two person, and mechanical transfers as well. The staff were extremely attentive. We would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

This was a nice community. It was a little more expensive. There was just another community that worked better for my loved one.
When it was evident that my husband could no longer live at home, I set out to find the best senior living facility in this area. I visited and carefully evaluated 8 establishments. Ultimately, Sunrise of Westminster won out over all of the others. In Feb. 2020, he moved in. From the outset, everyone there treated him with respect and was attentive to his needs. I visited almost every day, except during the Covid19 quarantine, and I always found him safe, well-cared for, and contented. The Sunrise leadership and staff are unmatched. They always considered my husband's preferences and involved him and me in important decisions about his meals and care. After a short time, we began to think of the Sunrise Team as extended family. When considering an assisted living community for yourself or a loved one, visit Sunrise of Westminster before making a final decision. I am so glad we chose Sunrise. The common spaces have been under construction since moving in. One of the reasons we wanted her here was so that she could socialize and that has been fairly restricted because of that construction going on. We are excited for that to be done so she can get out and about with other residents.
We chose Sunrise of Westminster because of the convenient location. The room sizes at the facility are fine for what she needs. I think they could improve on the food, recently she has been complaining about the quality and that it is not served warm. I think they could also come up with an easier process for vising, there are a number of hoops you have to go thorough. Overall, I would recommend to others

I think it is a great facility. I do think they could do more with the activities with the residents .I chose this community because I felt the warmth in the community and the genuine care the staff had for residents. I wasn't impressed with the food at all, but towards the end it did improve. The caregivers were so good, They really were excellent. I was impressed with the longevity of staff. The staff were really good with the memory care residents They were very loving, patient, and respectful.

I had recently taken a tour of this property for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff did a great job with the presentation and made sure to be patient with all my mothers questions. I liked the open floor plan and thought they had and that it was easy to navigate through the building. It was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.
I like the care of this commuity. The staff is wonderful and I like that they keep me informed on his progress or if there are anything changes. The staff is supportive to the residents. We both enjoy the wonderful meals. They offer the residents activities that are helpful. We would be happy to recommend this community for the good care and value for a loved one.
This looked like a beautiful community when we visited. The apartments looked nice and the person that took us on tour was friendly. My loved one just did not get the best first impression when we visited. I would recommend maybe taking a look at it.
We toured this community for care for the family. The staff was nice and able to answer the questions we had on the care. the community had a nice and clean appearance. They have a nice menu of good health meals. The activities seem to be helpful for the residents. We would recommend this community for your for other families.
