Instead of adding additional services a la carte, a standardized assessment determines if a higher level of care is needed. The Retreat at Church Ranch provides personal care with the dignity of its residents in mind. Caregivers provide continuous protective oversight and personal care services to seniors who require assistance with activities of daily living. They also offer housekeeping, weekly laundry, and three meals and nutritious snacks throughout the day. The care staff can also assist with refilling descriptions and medication administration.
