It has just been absolutely wonderful with Scottsdale Memory Care. The staff has been great. They have had turnovers which has made it a little confusing,, but overall I think it is a great facility for my mom.

Once again, thanks to you and the staff. You made olive’s life as easy as possible by doing those extra things to keep her happy and comfortable.

You are a godsend. All that you are and all that you do for your residents is very much appreciated by me as well as my family. We were so worried about my grandfather, but after seeing him at Sunnycrest and seeing hime so happy really is a huge relief. You are a blessing!

They need more activities at Scottsdale Memory care that don't cost extra. We are already paying a lot for her to be there and they should have more to offer that don't cost. The staff have worked with me real well and have been real friendly. Other than the activities everything has been really wonderful at this facility.

The only community that didn't look like a dump.

Living at Sunnycrest ha not only been a place for me that I call home but for my dog Pepper as well. I have lived here for 5 years with my dog and we have felt welcome since we moved in. Pepper and I came from another senior community and I was so worried that Pepper would not be okay. Pepper was more than comfortable here at Sunnycrest and fell in love with the residents and the staff. I was in the hospital for a while and Sunnycrest took care of Pepper as he was their own. Pepper was very special to me and has since passed on and is missed by all.

What they have done well is being attentive to all of our needs. The laundry service is very good. The food is adequate though, so maybe there could be a more variety of vegetables instead of just salad every night.

This place is amazing! I am a professional that works within the facility for a home health agency and all I can say is WOW! There is a new Administrator, Shannon [last name removed], that actually cares and makes sound decisions to enhance the expirience and lifestyle Renissance Village lives by. I have never met such a great Administrator and he is also a nurse so he understands healthcare! I am so impressed by this community now that I would reccomend my own family and often finding myself wanting to refer my clients that reside in other communities my company contracts with to them. I have no doubt under the new leadership this facility will do nothing but prosper. This is my favorite stop of the week to see my patients and they are building more communities! Please check them out!!!! Amazing talent and leadership and a total change from a few months ago.

They have been awesome. They are wonderfully accommodating when we had a birthday party for her. They are courteous and prompt. They follow through with what they say they are going to do. They care about her even though she doesn't remember what's going on. They are terrific about needing two people to transfer her. They are very respectful. I can't say enough good things about them. They are just wonderful.

Renaissance Village Rancho Belago is totally unbelievably awesome! It has only been about a week that my mother has been there, and they have been great. They have been extremely accomodating to all our needs and requests. She was at another place for about a year where she did not get the care and attention she needed (she was pretty much completely ignored) and it has been great to have her at Renaissance Village Rancho Belago. I highly recommend the place!

It is a wonderful place and I am glad we chose this place for my loved one. Most nursing homes have a dual factor when staying their its like not up to date or anything. With Sunnycrest it is bright and up to date puts you in a happy mood. The staff are considerate and help her with anything she needs and doesn't mind at all. It's definitely worth the price for sure and would only be the place to put my loved on in.

My problem was he wasn't at the level and didn't need the facility when I brought my dad here, we will use them in the future when needed. I highly recommend them. A very good place.

What a gorgeous place! I had a great tour with Brittney yesterday who seemed to know so much about the community and spent tons of time with me to answer all of my questions. I am looking to move my dad from Sunrise and I think this is going to be the perfect place.

My 95 year old grandmother with Alzheimer's & a newly replaced hip lived here and was treated so nicely! We were all so impressed with the facility, level of care, daily inclusion, meals, and genuine kindness from every employee towards my Granny. My grandmother loved living at Morning Star but when she needed Alzheimer's & nursing home care we tried another facility first...but after three weeks, we moved her to Emerson House & we're so glad we did! I would highly recommend Emerson House!

I recently had the opportunity to tour Sunnycrest and I must say, I'm VERY impressed. I know nothing about senior care and my only idea of what a "old folks home" is like was based purely off of movies and TV. Needless to say, I assumed it would be a dreary and depressing experience. I must admit I was completely wrong. The outside of Sunnycrest is very nice, but as soon as you enter the building you're immediately welcomed by beautiful colors and a modern aesthetic that makes it look more like a high end spa or hotel, rather then an assisted living facility. The staff was extremely cheerful and were more than accommodating. While touring the facility I was shown the massage studio, the beauty salon, the movie theatre, dining room, and much more. Again, I had no idea these were the type of amenities to expect and after seeing all the socialization and activities that the residents had going on, I have no doubt in my mind that Sunnycrest would do everything in their power to make sure my relatives would have not only an easy transition, but an amazing standard of life. Keep up the great work guys and I'll be seeing you soon!

My loved one is very happy there at Scottsdale Memory Care. Whatever it is they do to help with older folks that have dementia, it is clearly working. The place is very clean and the staff incredibly friendly. I have been very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend them.

My mother recently moved to Renaissance Village and is loving it. On the day she moved in, she was given some very special welcome gifts. Administrative staff and owners have treated her like a queen and made her feel very, very important. Brittney has made a point of getting to know my mom, her foibles, her strengths, her likes and dislikes. She adores John, the chef, who offers a choice of delicious meals including desert, at restaurant style dining. Jessica, the Fun Director, has her exercising, going on walks. They went to Target the other day. She has participated in activities and joined committees. Staff has installed her TV, hooked up her phone, kept her room spick and span. My husband and I love the welcoming atmosphere that begins in the lobby with wonderful music provided by a player piano. We have been invited to share meals with Mom. Staff members have obviously been trained to be team players. Every employee has cheerfully greeted us and inquired if we needed any assistance - which included helping unload my mother's things when she moved in. Nothing is too much trouble to make my mom's new home special and hers.
