Things are going well so far at Chandler. The staff is nice and they are attentive and patient with the residents. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. The residents here seem taken care of and content.

Everyone works with any problems or questions I have had . Really glad my mom is in this asst. living. Thank you !

They do a really good job interacting with their residents and with the residents family members. Any time I have been in there to ask any questions about how my mother is doing, they are good at being able to answer them on the spot, or do what they can to find out. One area where I do think they could improve would be their dining room service. It could be tightened up a little bit. For example, there are times when the time between when the resident sits down and receives their food is much longer than it should be. I also think it would be good to hear the multi-generational music that they have playing piped throughout the facility where it could be heard in the background everywhere. Those are a couple of areas for improvement, but overall we are very satisfied with Renaissance Village Rancho Belago.

I attended the Chamber of Commerce event at this location yesterday. The site is absolutely beautiful and all staff members were professional, kind, and very welcoming. I hope when i am older I will be able to stay in a place as warm and inviting as Renaissance Village!

At this moment, 9-5-2013, The Lodge has the best activities director in Great Falls. She loves every resident as if they were her own mother or father and every resident receives multiple hugs per day. If your family member wants to be active and participate in activities on and off campus the Lodge is the for you. If your family member needs help with medication, dressing, or other ADLs, The Lodge has experienced caring staff. I recommend that all medications be administered by the facility regardless of the resident's abilities. If you think your loved one can administer their medications then I challenge you to sit down and fill their pill box correctly AND do you remember, everyday, to take your medications at the correct time? Proper delivery of medications and nutritious meals is the best love you can give. The nurses and their assistants pay attention to every wrinkle in every resident. I have received calls when they have observed a change. It is the quick attention to details that shorten the effects of illness. I have never seen a facility that is so quick to sanitize every square inch of the entire building at the sound of the first sneeze.

We are happy with the place with the exception of a couple of the staff are a little hard for mom to deal with. Are we thinking of moving her NO. Would I place her that again. YES. Typical problems but the rest of the services far outweigh the problems. We did look at several other places that were comparable in pricing but this place was the nicest. We picked this community because of the location, and it was close.

We chose Timber Creek because it was the best option we could find in town.This is a new facility in town and I think they are still settling in so there are a few rough edges. It is probably the best place in town for assisted living and is, overall, very good. The staff is experiencing some turnover at the aide level and I think that may settle down. Everyone is very caring and friendly. It's a hard job and they're definitely trying to do it well.

They have been helpful helping my dad settle in and being attentive. The staff is sweet and friendly Apartments are a great size.

I would say that all senior facilities seem to have a large turnover of employees, but the only way to know what a place is really like is to talk to people. If you can tour and talk to people living there and ask about how Long employees last, how the food and care are, etc that would be helpful. Knowing others that have family staying there, and getting their feedback is ideal, but that isn't always possible. Food was always an issue & got worse with time, as well as food service.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the experience.

I was visiting a friend at Meadowlark. I found it very appealing not only in appearance but there was a cleanliness about the building that you don't always find in assisted living companies. I really thought the staff I talked to and interacted with very uplifting. They had activities planned for the residents and while I was there Safe Haven brought in puppies for the residents. Overall I thought it was a nice place.

It's older and has quite a confusing layout. There is a nice garden. It's low key.

Right now, I know they're going through a transitional period to new ownership through Manzania. With any change in ownership comes some challenges. But I think they've handled those challenges very well, and I look forward to future services. The staff seem very friendly and outgoing, and I like all of them. My dad is very happy, and they've done very well to accommodate his needs.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a newer facility so it presents itself in a more modern way but it just felt a little cold to us. Our loved one was not overly impressed, but the staff members were very accommodating. We were able to see an apartment and walk all through it.

This is a good place. I would recommend you ask questions prior to signing up. We were told that the community would take residents to doctor appointments within a 10 mile radius, but it is only two days a week. The resident must sign up for the transportation to take them to the doctor appointment, and hours are limited. It would have been nice to know all this information up front. Housekeeping is supposed to come once a week and make the bed. They only sweep the floor, and not under the bed. They don't clean the kitchenette area. The trash will be picked up once a week. There is an additional charge for cleaning of the kitchenette of cleaning up spills. If you need this, than you have to pay more. I feel this information was misleading. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The meal times are really good. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in.

We have to give this place 4 stars because of the many people there who are working to make the place wonderful. It is not for my friend because the cost is more. However, she feels a homey feel at Cambridge Court that seems to be missing at Sunnycrest. To her, and me, it feels like a hotel. A very nice one, but the place lacks a certain something she wants. Cambridge Court is off the main streets of Fullerton so there are no fire engines or ambulances close by. That is important. This place is perfectly nice and will be a good fit for a lot of people.

Wonderful Assistant Living and Memory Care location for the City of Moreno Valley. Caring staff that is willing to listen to concerns or cares that you have for your loved one. My mother enjoyed a loving staff that was there for her every need. I appreciate the time that was spent with the staff and other residence at the facility. My mother was the very first resident at the location from the day the facility opened until her passing in August of 2019.

Love the casual atmosphere and the energy of the guests. The price is out of our budget at this time. Don't do dementia care.
