Great tour,seemed happy and peaceful. One of the residencies we are considering for our mom.

Combination of things that led me to choice of admission for my wife and loving soulmate. It had become clear to me that, as primary caregiver, sustainability at our home carried risks & impacts that made me pursue options for change of direction. Frankly, EDM at SPMC was the difference maker. Real person, understanding, provided reasons why SPMC. So far (only been a month), the expectations set have been met or exceeded on, well, just about everything! What SPMC cannot do is fix a hole in my heart that my soulmate is no longer here with me 24X7, but on the flip side SPMC is keeping my "jewel" safe, giving me a chance to come back from living on 'PLUTO' for quit some time and wondering if I could make my way back to sanity, and without a doubt my/our goal to be able to continue to share "moments" together in the future looks bright and I cannot think of a better place where this wonderful wife of mine could be! I like the care from this community for my mom. The community is very clean and we like the environment. The menu is appealing and she seems to like the variety. My mom likes the freedom of being able to adjust to her new surrounding. I'm happy to see that my mom's room is big and she is comfortable in this new environment. We recommend the care and value of this community to other families.

The overall experience for my wife as a new resident is going well. From what her cousin tell me, the community is a fantastic place. The staff are contacting my wife's cousins to give updates. When I talk with my wife it seems like she is happy and enjoying her time at the community.

On my tour of other facilities I liked the way this was set up and looked. The community has different wings based on their stages. It looked more nice and it was clean. I thought the facility was great and the staff were great too. My stepdad was well taken care of during his respite.

I have recently visited an event at Surprise Memory Care and saw the staff interaction with the residents. It is very refreshing to know there are people who truly love what they do and love serving our senior population. I would recommend Surprise Memory Care to anyone looking for a kind, compassionate, caring staff and clean, safe, warm atmosphere.

My father is doing great since his move to the Surprise Memory Care. My mother really likes how clean and bright the place is. My father has access to outside without assistants. The outside is a circle and we like that because my father likes to walk, and can walk around as he pleases. The meals provided are great, when we had a meeting I really liked what the nutritionist had to say.

The staff is wonderful at Emerson House. The food is good and the building and unit are very clean. I would definately recommend this facility to others. The director is very helpful and the communication is very good with the staff.

My loved one is really enjoying this community and the staff. My loved one has been able to do mostly the same things that she did when at home. My loved one loves the socialization and the area. We really have to thank our lucky stars that we found such a great place.

The community at Sunnycrest Senior Living is a wonderful place. The community is very well kept and clean throughout. It is nicely updated, welcoming and bright. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and were able to address all of my questions.

My wife has been a resident for about 10 days. She did get a black eye the first night when she bumped into something in the middle of the night. But otherwise everything is going great. There are lots of activities and a lot of workers. Also there are two doctors there during the week and well as a few nurses. So medical care doesn't seem to be an issue. All the employees are very to talk to. The facility is always very clean and neat. I have no complaints. It is very easy to check her out for an outing.

visited this looking for a place for my wife. The tour was very informative and actually ran into a friend of ours that works there that we used to go to church with back in the 1990s. Very nice environment and this Center is in my top 3

I had visited a few varied communities and thought that Scottsdale Memory Care had the best fit for my Dad. Activities were in process during my tour and the facility was very clean and neat. The employees were showing genuine care and concern for their patients. Now my dad has moved in and we are very comfortable with our decision. Lynn, the director is a very caring wonderful person. My dad's night nurse I knew from another facility and she is the best.

We are very please and extremely satisfied with Emerson House and all the help they have been giving my brother. We are very please with the place and all the people here it's been a big improvement compared to the last place my brother was at. Emerson House was less expensive and had better care then the where he was at before. It has truly been a win win situation for everybody involved.The community is very nice and smells great does not have any foul odor's around. The executive director Eric was a outstanding person I truly felt that he cares about my brother and his well being. I would say to any body looking into senior living to take a look at Emerson House it is a great place and the people here really are caring and are really concered about your loved one well being.

Things are going very well. There communication is great and I am very pleased with the staff and the facility. Overall we have had a great experience with Chandler Memory Care so far.

I would say that when I provided feedback to them, I saw that it was instantly addressed and they followed up with me about it, so that was impressive. They are always welcoming to me and my loved one and talk to her as an adult and not as someone with Alzheimer's.

It is going very well at Chandler. The staff is doing a very nice job. They are very nice to my Mom and they try to make sure that she is taken care of. This is a brand new experience for us and they are doing a great job.

We're very pleased with how things turned out at Renaissance Village. The facility itself is new, clean, and well kept, and the grounds are beautiful. The staff are friendly and communicative, and since I live out of state I really appreciate how easy they've been to get in touch with. it's a nice place overall, and my loved one really seems to enjoy it here!
