Originally settled in the late 1600s, South Kingstown is ripe with Colonial and Revolutionary-era and history, with 31 sites listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The town sits right on the Atlantic Coast, at the crux of Block Island Sound and Vineyard Sound, and boasts over 10 miles of undisturbed beaches. Between its natural beauty and historical significance, South Kingstown is truly a place unlike any other.
