This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as service plan identifies the individual’s specific needs for care, service plan takes into account the preferences and competency of the resident, service plan identifies the individual’s need for services, and service plan identifies the individual’s need for activities. The minimum number of residents for this community type is 21. Staff members receive training in a variety of fields. These include: first-aid, reporting requirements and documentation, supervision, and staff training program based on the home’s program statement.
