She loves it there as do my siblings and I. My mom came from anther facility and RCL has met our expectations for taking care of my mom! We have been looking at different facilities and well, if I have a question RCL communicates with me within reason. Communication is probably one of our key factors along with the care that my mom has. And RCL truly goes above and beyond. One great thing that we notice is all the family interactions that come and see their loved ones there! Other facilities we did not notice that! Staff is great and personable. Move in process was easy and a smooth transition for my mom. Food is excellent! Kudos to the chef! It truly feels like a family here!\n\nThe community has transportation to take the residents on outings, shopping experiences, doctor appointments, and field trips. There is entertainment that comes in for the residents to enjoy. There is a salon, activity room, physical therapy, and more for the residents enjoy as well!\n\nI would recommend the community to others for themselves or family members. At least 16 of the units will be reserved for memory care. The exterior resembles a high-end hotel or luxury apartment building, with immaculately landscaped groups, walking trails, and gardens. Inside, residents will find multiple common areas with comfortable seating, fireplaces, and unique amenities like craft rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a chapel. A social club with a bar is an ideal spot to catch up with friends for a happy hour. While the apartments are distinctly comfortable, many residents will want to spend most of their time socializing in these common areas.</p>
<p>Staff members are fully vetted and trained to accommodate most needs, from mobility to incontinence, and they also provide daily services like housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders. For residents in the memory care apartments, specially trained staff members help with daily living. Residents can receive all their chef-prepared meals in the airy dining room.</p>
