<p>With 127 units becoming available, residents will have plenty of options for their housing. They can choose from studio apartments to spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom living quarters. At least 16 of the units will be reserved for memory care. The exterior resembles a high-end hotel or luxury apartment building, with immaculately landscaped groups, walking trails, and gardens. Inside, residents will find multiple common areas with comfortable seating, fireplaces, and unique amenities like craft rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a chapel. A social club with a bar is an ideal spot to catch up with friends for a happy hour. While the apartments are distinctly comfortable, many residents will want to spend most of their time socializing in these common areas.</p>
<p>Staff members are fully vetted and trained to accommodate most needs, from mobility to incontinence, and they also provide daily services like housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders. For residents in the memory care apartments, specially trained staff members help with daily living. Residents can receive all their chef-prepared meals in the airy dining room.</p>
