I would recommend it to others. It's a nice community, the building looks good and they maintain it well which creates a positive environment for the residents. It has been very positive. The staff is kind and helpful and the residents are nice. I was able to get a bigger apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition it was a nice community and the staff was nice.

Assisted living communities arrange residential communities and health care for persons who may require a helping hand with mobility or self-administering medication. Assisted living communities usually provide assistance with appointments and transit, opportunities for leisurely activity, and care supervision. Public assistance is available through The state’s Medicaid 1915(c) Assisted Living Waiver program. This type of community is required to have a staff member on duty 24 hours a day. There must be one toilet for every 1 residents and one bath or shower for every 1 residents. This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include meals must comply with residents’ dietary preference, the total daily diet must meet the recommended dietary allowances of the National Academy of Sciences Food and Nutrition Board, meals must include an appropriate variety of foods, planned in consideration of cultural and religious backgrounds , and meals must comply with diet prescribed by physicians. This community type has a number of provisions pertaining to medication assistance. These provisions include assistance with self-administration of medications and medication administration.
