It is a nice updated community with friendly residents, nice professional employees and staff. They care about the people that stay there.It was close to home and the staff was nice , friendly and professional. They were very welcoming.

5 in all categories. The overall guidance that my mom receives, helping her to acclimate to her new living environment has made it such a great experience so far and we would absolutely recommend The Retreat at Conyers to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

This place is amazing and my mother is thriving here. I couldn't be happier with the amounts of love and care given to her.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Neighborhood at Paducah. I have all good things to say about this facility. The facility was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. The dining room had cloth table cloths and cloth napkins. The meals looked very good. Communication with the family was great, the staff kept us informed. I would recommend The Neighborhood at Paducah to others.

The meals are excellent and alternative selections are always available. My mom loves the variety and frequency of the activities. The other residents are extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is immaculate and modern. Our experience has been with Independent Living, so that is all that I have experience with. Everything has been great!

This facility can provide care through end of life. I would recommend to others. I'd say they make everyone feel welcome and at home. The staff is awesome. We're very pleased with everything.

The Bungalows is very clean and caring assisted living facility. They provide good meals and plenty of activities for their residents. They'll take the residents to the movies, out to eat and shopping. The rooms are large with patios. The staff is friendly and watchful.

We picked this community, because of the cleanliness, love and care given, friendliness, and value for cost. She's enjoying the activities as well. As long as my mom is happy and safe; then our family is very happy as well. It's been great so far!

Please keep in mind that my mother only lives there for a month and was almost immediately put in Hospice which took over much of her daily care needs. Mom did very few of the activities because of her illness. Nothing is perfect. But they were perfect for us .

Lakeview had higher ratio of staff per residents and was smaller community of residents (35-38 residents). Also residents have full access to beautiful enclosed outdoor patio area that they can go out to anytime during day by themselves - don't need staff or family member accompanying. That was a BIG plus for Mom who has always been outdoors person Master Gardener. This is a 2 story building and residents are able to go upstairs or downstairs via elevator anytime they want. So mom doesn't feel like she's "locked away". The young activities director is super engaging. Activities going on every hour during day and she will go around to rooms to engage residents in all activities. The residents don't just sit in rooms all day. There is a big game/puzzle room. Every one on staff is very caring and engaging to residents no matter their job - from the Executive Director, Billing officer, Sales person to the nurses, aids, & cooks.

Our family had a very great experience with The Phoenix at Hammond. We would definitely recommend to other families who are looking for a community for their loved ones based on thee experience we have had.

My loved one is currently a resident at Woodland Heights and her experience at this facility has been overall really good. The move in process was efficient and not very cumbersome at all. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Communication with the family is generally good. The staff are fairly easy to get ahold of by text or phone, and they email information out fairly well. Overall, I would recommend Woodland Heights to others.

I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Everyone is friendly and caring. Dad loved the staff and other residents. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good, clean assisted living facility.

When it became evident to me that I was physically unable to live alone without excessive dependence on family for help, I chose to search for an assisted living facility that was satisfactory and affordable. With the generous help of my daughter, I interviewed several facilities in the Huntsville/Madison area. After two visits to The Neighbor at Madison assisted living community, I decided this one was affordable, the staff and residents seemed friendly, and it had beautiful, park-like grounds. I moved in and after six months have found the food and drink menu to be both good and extensive and the staff dedicated, competent and attentive to the needs of the residents. I enjoy my apartment, view, and the other members of our community.

I am not a resident at the Bungalows, but I have a friend who is in memory care. I visit often and find that the staff are so nice and helpful. They get to know each resident’s likes and dislikes. At each meal time , there is always a member of staff available and helps each resident in whatever they need. Some residents go to the TV room after their meal and again a member is always around! I would recommend the bungalows to anyone who have a need for this type of care!

My mom chose it because the residents were very friendly and because of the many doctors close by. I would absolutely recommend to others.

They were all friendly, always talked with me when I would call to check on my Dad. Sent texts or emails to keep me informed. My Dad did get covid while he was there but very mild and they kept me informed. [name removed[ went out of his way to help me get my Dad there. He lives close to me and came to my house to sign papers etc.

The people are wonderful and very loving. I would recommend The Bungalows at Indian Land to a friend.

Yes I'd recommend to others, they are all expensive, and it's never an easy decision, you find yourself guessing how much time you can afford and how much longer they have, and that's just a gut punch.They have a beautiful koi pond, it's quaint and friendly. The rooms were open bright and airy. They have shopping, restaurants right there and hospital and doctors offices extremely near by.

Was recommended by someone else.I would highly recommend The Pearl. Care Service is top notch and the staff really cares. If I could I would give them a 10.
