Our family was going to do a virtual tour, but we were able to drive by the facility. The outside of the building was beautiful, it is brand new but we did notice they were not allowed families to come in and visits. Since we have been taking care of our loved one for years, we did not think she would do well here without her family being able to visit and have that physical contact.

I would tell others that there were select few nursing and care staff that were devoted to the residents. The office and business staff are responsive when you call them. Most of the other staff were there to collect a paycheck. I would like to see their follow up and follow through improve. I didn't feel they followed up on requests that we made for our loved one.
We liked that the community was smaller, it was also close to home. We liked the fact that normally you can talk to the management and if you had a problem most of the time it would be corrected. We would recommend this community to others. We also liked that fact that is was only memory care, and that the care takers were used to those types of patients.
