This place was great may be in a runner up area

i want to give you my review with this place. I put my Dad with Nazareth Memory Care last month and i can say the staff are great even the care they giving the best. And the staff will giving me update about my dad and even my dad told me that he loving to stay in that place. Activities wise the staff doing a lot of it but i know it will be hard for them because not all will participate and i know with dementia they always wandering. Things are going fine. Everyone has been very helpful. We go to visit my Dad regularly. We are also getting attached to the other residents here. The facility is really clean and they are doing a great job.

We really appreciate their friendliness and their ability to get my loved one involved in social activities and the care they are taking of her. The staff at Orchard Park are more like a family than caretakers. We are very blessed and excited to have found this awesome facility!

My mother loves it there. Everybody is real nice and real friendly and the activities director is amazing. I am very pleased with it.

We would rate this community very high! They have a friendly staff. The community is very clean, very friendly. There is plenty of parking. We came between meals, so they were just setting out the lunch settings, but it looked nice. We went with another community because of location, but this one seemed very nice.

They have a nurse on staff full time and that they have consistent care providers so that the same care givers are with my grandfather all the time rather than having a rotating shift. The food is good. There is an outside area. It’s conveniently located for me and there is enough parking.

We really liked this place but would like to see one other community before we make our decision.

(Activities Not Rated) We chose this community because it was within our budget they were able to offer us the best price. We really like the community so far and she seems to be adjusting fine. We feel like we made the right choice when choosing Oak Park Manor and would recommend them to anyone.

Sonnet Hill looked like a great facility. It is brand new so when we took a tour there were very few residents and staff members. I think it seemed like a place that would be a better fit for younger, more independent individuals. It was a great place but just not the right fit for my loved one.

What really sold us right away were the rooms, they were better then the other communities we had looked at and we were able to get a two-bedroom. They do a good job with the activities they seem to really offer a lot for the residents.

We chose The Heritage at Twin Creeks because it was closer to family and when we interviewed and toured the facility, it just seemed that the staff to resident ratio was great. When we walked in there was at least 5 caregivers in sight. My dad actually has a caregiver assigned to him, so he always has that personalized care. The room sizes here are very good, he was able to be in a private room so it was perfect. The staff was extremely nice, they spoiled my dad. When he passed away they were shaken by it, so they truly invested themselves in him. We could not have made a better choice and I would absolutely recommend.

If your loved one needs the level of care offered by a facility then this is the one for you. The staff is happy to talk to family members and give updates on how your family member is doing. The facility is welcoming and you don't get the feel that you are visiting someone in a nursing home. The hallways are wide and the ceilings are high which makes it just seem like a friendly place.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility . My sister has been a resident in assisted living since August 2019 .. To say it was easy for her to leave her home is impossible.. But the care and love she is receiving is so wonderful .. The staff from the administration to the dining room help are great .. we have come to know all of them and feel they are a part of our family .. [Name removed] is doing so good under their care and their love for her .. and her love for them grows stronger each day !! She realizes the challenges they face each day !! We had our concerns when there was a change in owners .. but I can honestly say the transition has been remarkable.. To have so many individuals in one place who are there for the residents is awesome .. Thank you to all of the staff for your dedication in keeping the residents safe during this pandemic .. we know what you have been through to obtain their safety .. you are appreciated more than you will ever know !! My husband has been and is still being cared for in the best way. The caregivers and staff treat him with respect and you can tell that they really care. In this most difficult time they have not changed their treatment of him. I don't worry about his care, even though I don't get to visit with him as much as I would like to. The court yard visits have been nice and they will have to do until we are able to come in to visit with him. Everyone is very pleasant and understanding in these troubled times and that means a lot to myself and family. Thank you to the staff and caregivers.

I've toured just about everything available in the Sacramento-Rocklin CA area. Under new management with Meridian Senior Living, Legacy Oaks stands alone with the homey environment I wanted for my father suffering from MCI. Very cordial staff, dedicated management team and clinical properly managed. My search is over. Thank God for Legacy Oaks! I can feel better about my fathers day to day life and managed health care needs.

My mother has been at The Springs for about a month and has adapted very well. She was in a situation where she was not getting a lot of mental stimulation, and this is a big improvement. Her physical and verbal functioning have also improved. The staff is professional, patient, and understanding. Having regular visits by a doctor specializing in older adults is a big plus. The setup with registered nurses handling medications and supervising, while other staffers direct activities and help with grooming and other issues seems to work well. Family members are welcome to visit anytime, and that makes the atmosphere very welcoming.

I had my father in this facility a year ago. The place is beautiful and the staff is very caring. The caregivers treated my dad like gold. Nurse Jennifer was absolutely amazing. There was not one thing that they would not do to make the experience for your loved one a good place to be. The director [Removed] impressed me and was so kind and doing the paperwork accurate and helping me with every step to get him out of this horrible nursing home where he was located. This was a temporary situation for us as I wanted my Dad home but I loved this place. Now its a year later and I will be calling [Removed] very soon. A+++++++ The only thing I would say that I wish could have been better is that there were more patients that were higher functioning. Many there are in the final stages of the disease. My Dad had a double room so my costs were higher than most might pay.

My mother stayed there for respite for a couple of weeks. The people there were great -very patient and upbeat with her. I would have her stay there again,

What a great facility! Mom was floundering at another place for almost a year but has become more focused, better able to move herself around in her wheelchair, and an active participant In van trips and activities. The food is great! We enjoy our lunches there, wonderful variety, great presentation, and mom eats so well there. The building is well designed and beautifully kept, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the patio is inviting and has adequate shade for summer days. The staff are welcoming, friendly, smiling and loving to the residents. We couldn't be happier! Mom is getting her correct medication, she has friends (even if she can't remember their names!), and we look forward to visiting her and playing games with them!
