I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful place for my husband to be, where the Professional Caregivers treat everyone like family. I consider all the professionals to be loving extended-family members. Thank you all so much for all that you have done for me and my family.

The sales department at Brightwater has been wonderful. They gave us a thorough tour. Answered any questions we had. He has helped us get things moving with the rehab. [names removed] have gone above and beyond to get my mom settled here.

Wonderful community and staff is so nice and attentive. Beautiful rooms and very well maintained. Nursing staff are all wonderful and patient. A number of activities are planned each day and great chef in the dining/kitchen, good food. We are so happy we found Brightwater for are family member!

I set up my mother at Brightwater in Arbor (memory). This place is very clean and runs well. The staff is amazing and very attentive to my moms needs. She loves the food and activities. During the COVID crisis my mom was safe, unaffected, and fully vaccinated. I can't say enough positive things about Brightwater and their staff. The Director, [name removed] always answers or returns my calls quickly. I feel fortunate to have found them and so does my mom.

I couldn't be happier for my mom and her new place at Brightwater. She has gone from living alone and having nothing to do all day to a wonderful community of residents her age with lots of activities to participate in and a caring staff that take care of her every need. I highly recommend Brightwater. My dad had two strokes that left him cognitively impaired and unable to walk without a walker. He needed a warm, caring environment but couldn't come home. Brightwater staff were amazing. They answered all of our many questions when we first visited, they remembered our names and my dads', and they cared. The facilities were designed with the residents and their families in mind and the food is even delicious. My dad moved into the memory care area and the next day was his 78th bday. We hadn't been able to see him in the hospital for 27 days (COVID restrictions). Brightwater had a cake and balloons and allowed us to see him after so long -- outside and with masks. The love has made a difference. Now, he can walk a bit by himself and he is remembering better and better. We are so grateful.

My sister has been a resident for 6 months now. Brightwater has done a great job of monitoring her needs and seeing that she is properly treated. With Covid it has been a difficult time, however, Brightwater has done a good job of creating various activities to keep their residents occupied at a time when things are difficult.

Brightwater is a caring place that stands out amongst other senior living facilities because it is newer, clean and the staff is competent. This is my second senior living facility and the difference between the two is night and day. Please visit and tour the facility to see for yourself - you won't be disappointed.

Brightwater Senior Living of Highland has been a wonderful place for for my father. [name removed] was so helpful in working with me and getting my father settled in there. All of the staff are great! They have all been very helpful and professional. The food is wonderful and facility is beautiful. I visited this community as I work for a home care company that has a resident I am visiting for companionship. I have been very impressed with the attention and care of my client. The community is beautiful and well taken care of. The residents I have been in contact with seem happy and pleasant. There are a lot of activities daily as well as a beautiful dining room. I am happy my client is here.

My parents are at Rosewood Estates and they & we love it. The staff and management are excellent and caring. The pull cords in units call for help and they come right away to assist. They have been amazing during covid to look after residents, provide a clean and secure facility and keep families informed. The facility has modern, good size 1 & 2 Bdm units, lots of windows and balconies, Beautiful dining room, wide decorated hallways, feels like a hotel, cruise ship design, very high end. There are lots of programs & exercise to keep active, music, and socialize so they have made lots of friends. A theatre room, library, pool room, hair salon, music, activity room, laundry rooms, and chapel are available. A small bus takes them to appointments and shopping upon request and tours for fun. Food is healthy and plentiful with variety and choice, Coffee/tea & healthy snacks always on hand. You can request lunch boxes to go out or trays in your room if not well. PSWs or health providers can be arranged through your Doctor to come in daily and they continued throughout Covid to look after everyone so we did not have to worry. Families are welcome to visit, book to join for a meal. We can sleep at night knowing our loved ones are happy, active and well cared for. Call & take a tour.

I met with the Manager who lives in the building, very friendly, helpful, staff seemed happy. They had no model suites to show as everything was filled but a resident allowed us to visit her suite, she had lived elsewhere before and likes this place much better, she gave a glowing recommendation. Clean, well maintained building, good meal selection, good location, Bus service and shelter at front door. Shopping and Restaurants a 5 minute walk up the street. YMCA next door, Nature Preserve and trails behind.

What a great place for mum & Dad. They LOVE it there. Lots of fun things to do, great food, good people.
