There must be one toilet for every 1 residents and one bath or shower for every residents. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include limited nursing care, assist with personal care, dietary services, and pharmaceutical services. Public assistance is available through 1115 Demonstration Waiver program–Managed Long-Term Services and Supports. Staff must receive education in a variety of subjects. These include: residents rights, caring for residents with impairment, pain management, and emergency plans and procedures.
