Lake House Assisted Living

I had a very nice tour of this facility. The community looked great, but the room they showed us was small. The staff was friendly, and polite. However the head nurse at this community was hard to understand. I did not think that would be a good situation for my love one. My tour went well, but this was not the right fit for my love one.

The staffing, I heard, was cut before we arrived. They could add a few more aides on all of the shifts. My loved one wasn't fond of the food and said that many of the other residents didn't like it either. The move in and move out processes were both good. The staff was always nice. It's a new facility and I liked the layout.

Overall, we are happy. It is right-sized to care for the residents appropriately. And, it's in a good location for our family to visit often. We would recommend to others. The residents- including my mom - are generally happy, which was not the case in some other ALFs that we visited.

The rooms were nice, and it was a really nice place. ALso, the staff was very nice.

The facility itself is nice, it's newer and it sits on a lake. If your loved one needs a lot of care - like a lot of personal care - you might have a little bit of a struggle, but they do tend to work with anything you need. If there are any hiccups, they are willing to try and make it right.

Our tour at Trinity Place was fine. The people seemed very kind. Cleanliness was not as great as the palace we chose, and the location was not as convenient for our family.

Our loved one does complain a lot about the food, they say sometimes it is poor we don't if its the quality or if its because they used to cook for themselves all the time. They had to lock down a lot of their normal activities, but they still have done a really good job bringing in music entertainment. Our loved ones needs are met and they are well taken care of.

When I am able to visit the community and pass through the dining room it seems like they do a pretty good job with meals. We do believe the activities they offer are top notch, the staff members as well as the office staff are all very friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice facility, but we are afraid mom will get lost in the shuffle. We believe she needs more care than this.

The facility seems very nice. Small and homelike. Residents were engaged when I arrived and listening to live entertainment when I left. Staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable.

I loved the atmosphere but was concerned about the fact that it may not fit my Mom for the rest of her life. Moving her once is going to be hard enough. The family doesn't want to move her again once she needs more care.

Everything has been going good since mom has moved to Lake House Assisted Living. The staff have been very helpful and friendly with the move. The community is very nicely kept and is almost brand new. My loved one has enjoyed the variety of meals and activities offered.

This was a nice looking community when we visited. The staff we met were friendly. This is a smaller community and they do seem to offer a lot of daily activities and some nice amenities. This community did not seem to have the personnel feeling we were looking for in a community.

My dad is currently a resident at Trinity Place Assisted Living. Most of the staff seem really nice. The housekeeping seems fine, not exceptional. The move in process was good, not a lot of communication since then. Some like the meals and some don't! My dad likes most of the meals. I would recommend the facility to others, although the level of care hasn't been as advertised. However, I suspect that's true everywhere. I feel like they could use more staff in order to answer call buttons in a timely fashion. That is my biggest complaint.

I thought the overall facility was very nice. My mother however, was in the "Memory Care" unit which was a stand alone facility near the main building. I would not recommend memory care at Lake House. If you are looking for a facility for a patient in need of this service I would investigate and interview the staff thoroughly. The Lake House "memory care" may have resolved their staffing problems but to be honest I found I had to ask numerous times for items that would have made my mom's short stay better. [name removed]
