We put my mom at Marla Vista and she loved it. We where amazed at all the caring staff that worked there. And the place was always clean and made you feel at home. If I where to recommend a place for someone to go it would be here. A huge thank you to [name removed] for assuring us that our mom would be well taken care of. My mother [name removed] was very happy here. She always said the food was good and maybe they feed me a little to much. But I loved it here she would always tell us. And she said the staff always treated her with respect.

Tour was OK. Arrived and found that [name removed] was on vacation. A lady named [name removed] showed me around. Seemed like staff knew all residents and called them by name. Facility was OK - stated they were getting ready to remodel. Got a folder with information.

This was a very good option for mother. They had the best response to my question about how to keep my mother from falling. They try to keep their residents in common areas and not their rooms so they have eyes on them all the time. This was very evident during my visit. [name removed] toured me around and she was very impressive and seemed to be a driving force for why this facility was doing so well. They are full with a waiting list, but did hae one studio for my mother. My only concern with this facility is driving distance. They are located west of Green Bay and I live on the far east side and I really did not want a drive of this distance to see mom.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. They had a nice open floor plan that was easy to navigate for all of the residents as well great amenities. My father was just not ready to make the move in the end decision and decided to just stay home.

From the reports we get from my brother in law, my mother is doing well since her move to this community. She is enjoying her time at this community. Everything seems to be working in the right direction for us here at this community. This is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends.

I feel that the staff at Marla Vista are kind and helpful. They are patient/understanding and always try to do their best. The resident call lights are answered pretty promptly most of the time. The food is satisfactory 90% of the time and you can have as much as you would like. They try to have plenty of activities to keep you busy. The residents who live here are friendly and thoughtful. Staff and residents are accepting of you just the way you are. You are not treated any differently if you have a handicap. Overall, I would recommend Marla Vista for someone who is looking for an assisted living facility.

My loved one spent a month here before passing and it was wonderful.There were some hiccups but overall I would recommend them. They were very understanding during this difficult time.

For the tour I scheduled the staff were on time and ready to go. It was a fine community and the staff I meet with were nice. We found that we liked another community better.

The marketing director I met during my tour was nice, knowledgeable and understanding. I liked this community, however the receptionist did not seem happy to be there. The community was clean.

It has been a good experience for us here with this community. They are taking good care of my mother and her needs. The community looks great, everything is nice and clean. She is getting involved in the community with the activities offered. The meals are nice. Overall its really nice community.

The guide that took me on tour was very nice and answered all of my questions. The Carrington Assisted Living is a pet friendly community. They have stretching, cooking, and gardening activities. The staff met along the tour were friendly and communicated well. My tour was good i received great information about the community and their services.

I think this community has been pretty good with my mother.

This facility feels like home and is cozy, well cared for. The staff is friendly. The residents look well care for, clean and happy. The facility has assisted living and memory care. Unfortunately there are 3 separate buildings and some of the rooms do not have bathrooms in them. For a small facility, they are doing very well. If all the rooms had their own bathroom, I think my mother would be happy there.

I felt very comfortable talking to the staff and the manager. They are very down to earth and very practical. All I can say is that they do the best they can. They do miracles with what little they have. I am in awe of them. And they do it in a cheerful way, authentically, and are engaged. They just remodeled and it all looks very nice.

Sunridge at Cielo Vista is a very nice place overall. It is clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly. I like that they really let the residents be themselves and take things at their own pace.

My loved one resides at Carrington Manor & overall - I am pleased with the care. Staff is friendly, food is decent, rooms are clean. One concern I have is security though. I suggest they get a push button alarm system that needs a key coded to enter or leave. Currently anyone coming & going is not monitored real well.

They do a great job at Sunridge at Cielo Vista! The staff are wonderful! They're very kind, soft-spoken, and really seem to care about and pay attention to the residents. They're very on top of things when it comes to care, and they'll always let me know in advance if my loved one is about to run out of any particular supplies. It's a very calming, relaxing place, and she has become much less anxious since moving in, which really does my heart good to see!

My elderly mother moved from a nursing home to Carrington. Since being here, she is more alert and does not sleep as much. It's nice to be able to have a conversation with her again.

It's fine, it works for us. People are different so some of the staff are friendlier than others. I can't really rate value, I don't feel it's a fair question. We are also not in a position to use the activities so that is another area that cannot be rated. The food varies based on who is cooking it.

It was not easy to convince my father that it was time to leave his house after 40 years and move into an assisted living facility. However, I feel that he is gradually adjusting to life at Sunridge. The staff is friendly, the meals are nutritious and his room is large enough to allow us to move his furniture in to help him feel more at home. There is a range of activities to provide the residents with some physical and mental diversions. While we were visiting for Thanksgiving, I convinced Dad to go see a group of singers in the dining room. Not only did he enjoy it, I watched him sing along with great glee. That showed me that we had made a good decision.
