Spring Village is a great place for a loved one’s care. The community is clean and the care tenders are wonderful. However, occasional rudeness from the director of nursing detracts from the overall experience.

The only helpful thing would be using Touchpoint to create the shopping list when supplies run out. I often get multiple calls a day when they run out of soap supplies. Really minor because of such great care and medical coordination.
