Any dealings that I've had with the staff have all been pleasant. My loved one's room is always clean and the facility smells and looks clean when we visit. They do not allow us to eat with him at the facility, which I think might be something that they should change. They should let us occasionally have dinner there with him, of course for a charge. The monthly cost at this facility is reasonable compared to other places. The only thing we don't like is that they raised my loved one's rent within six months, which was a little annoying. We complained and they took it down a little, but we still were not happy about it. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others. I already have.
