Counldn't be happier!!!

My parents moved into Traditions at North Willow after living in the same home for 44 years. They love it!! We love it!! The staff is caring and understanding. They have all gone out of their way to make my parents feel welcomed. My parents feel they have purpose again with the fun activities that are scheduled. I would recommend this community to everyone!!

Review of Traditions at North Willow

This is a very safe, secure facility. Property maintenance is excellent. Staff know and understand residents and their issues/needs i.e. each individual's situation. Family and friends have all been impressed by the high degree of care and the comfort of resident surroundings. Foodservice and quality of meals = excellent.

Review of Traditions at North Willow

The staff at Traditions - North Willow was very helpful when we needed to move my dad from a rehab facility to a memory care facility. My dad's dementia was advanced, and we discovered that many other facilities were not able to provide the care my dad needed. The first week was hard on my dad. He was confused and didn't know where he was or why he was there. The staff was patient with him and understood that his dementia was the root of his behaviors. They worked with us to find ways to help my dad feel comfortable and to keep him occupied. The memory care acitivities director was phenomenal. My dad's dementia caused him to be gruff and demanding, but [name removed] took it in stride and found ways to distract and re-focus his attention. Out of the ten facilities we researched in this area, we believe this was the best one. My dad recently passed away, but as a family we very grateful for the care he received while living at Traditions - North Willow.
