There must be one bath or shower for every 1 residents and one toilet for every 1 residents. This type of community is required to have a staff member on duty 24 hours a day. The minimum number of residents for this community type is 2. Staff are required to receive education in a variety of fields. These areas include Administrators must complete 6 hours of continuing education each year, basic first-aid, identifying and reporting abuse, neglect and exploitation, and 19 years of age.
