Memory Care
I would recommend it to others. It's a nice community, the building looks good and they maintain it well which creates a positive environment for the residents. It has been very positive. The staff is kind and helpful and the residents are nice. I was able to get a bigger apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition it was a nice community and the staff was nice.
They're doing their best when it's hard to get staff these days. I appreciate that, and they're good people. I wish we could always count on having the same people, but again, they staff they have are great. The facility itself is wonderful - it's very pleasant and attractive, and it makes people feel good. It's just a very friendly, warm place. I like it very much
Most staff are very friendly, with occasional lapses in service (too busy to help dress; slow, slow kitchen sometimes); coordination of offsite pharmacy and medicine technicians could be better; like in any health care setting, patient advocacy (usually a family member) is essential (especially during the initial period) to insuring that the care is appropriate, complete and timely. Supervisory staff & management are very responsive.
