This is an excellent place to live. It is a newer facility, friendly, clean, gym, and lots of activities are offered. I could not be happier.

We have lived here for almost 2 years now and just Love it. We are always doing something. We have plenty of activities like bingo, movie night, game night, carry in dinners, pickle ball, a courtyard fire pit with a beautiful waterfall pond and so much more. We really enjoy meeting new friends and developing relationships with them. It’s a secure building which makes us feel safe. Even though it is Apartment living it just doesn’t feel like that with all the things going on at Encore.

I moved from the West to the East to be with family after I retired. My son-in-law made a list of possible places to live. We went to several places before we came here. I loved it!! They have workout facilities and a movie theater. They have a community center where there are game nights, community celebrations and for those interested they have bible studies on Monday night. Also, available are massage and hair and nail services. There is even a dog groomer. If needed there is an office with computer and printer and a sewing machine, if you are so inclined. I have always felt safe and secure here and have no reservations about my safety. This is a beautiful facility and I truly believe anyone making this choice would be happier for it.

The Encore 55+ Boutique Apartments at Perry Crossing truly have been a blessing for my family! We absolutely LOVE the next-door access to the Shops at Perry Crossing, including great restaurants and a very close AMC Theater, not to mention countless other businesses within a 10-minute walk or less! In addition, - leasing management are friendly and connected to the community; - Encore is replete with amenities, including a nicely adorned front lobby with fireplace and community room, lounges on each floor, computer room, salon, pet wash station, outdoor and indoor exercise/sports facilities, and a dog park my fur baby really loves; and - more regularly scheduled and holiday activities than I can possibly keep track of! And the residents? From the moment I first entered, I felt truly welcomed. Residents are kind and considerate of one another, but also afford each person whatever level of personal privacy they wish. In short, it's awesome!

Encore is a wonderful mix of people, both staff and residents are so very welcoming. It is an active 55+ community, which provides as much or as little socialization as you desire. Interior hallways, beautifully appointed common areas, courtyard, beauty parlor, dog wash room, office, theatre and work out room, we have it all! I have met so many new friends here at Encore. To me it’s not just a place to live…it’s home!

Encore of Perry is a super place to live. Well kept grounds and building. Super people in the office. Nice quiet and secure. Feel safe. Lots of super amenities. Come and take a tour. No pressure. Lived here for year and a half and really enjoy the surroundings of all the shopping and restaurants. Close to airport. You don’t have to go far for anything.

That place is amazing. My mom has never been happier. The place is extremely clean their customer service is impeccable everybody that lives there is extremely friendly the services that they provide like picking up garbage from my mothers door are just some thing that was unexpected and wonderful they have a lot of really great activities for the residence although it is on the pricier side it is definitely worth it

I love living at Encore Perry because everyone is like a part of my family. the atmosphere is very uplifting and makes you feel good. Even the little ladies in the office are always smiling.

I have been a resident of Encore since it opened in December. I can not say enough about the social activities. I have met so many wonderful people and there is always something to do. The manager, [name removed], is friendly and supportive. You can't go wrong if you choose Encore as your home.

I would tell anyone looking into this community, that it's nice but the cost is kind of high but if you can afford it try it.

The staff at Encore Binford are great! The property manager [name removed] reached out to me by phone and my email to tell me about Encore and invite me to visit. In advance of my visit, he sent photos of the building as developments were moving toward completion and took me on a virtual tour with his phone. The place is even better than I imagined! Each floor has different colors in the corridor with complimenting wall hangings. There's a community room on each floor and an exercise room and television and a sitting room on the first floor. The courtyard in the middle of the U-shaped building is both beautiful and functional, with picnic tables, a small fountain and pool, a doggie park, pickleball court, and more. The apartments are spacious and quiet.

This is a brand new place, a few wrinkles but friendly and capable staff. Roomy apartments - hotel like lobby, exercise indoor, gym outdoor. Volleyball and pickleball courts, dodgeball, dogwash area. Nice plants, trees, bushes, outdoor grill and umbrella table as well as TV lounges, community room. I love it. I am on the ground floor with a small patio overlooking the courtyard.

I would only market it as a totally totally independent living facility. There are basically no senior services there. And it is very loud. A poor build. I strongly recommend living on the top floor. [name removed] was great initially. I have not interacted with her since. She would probably be responsive if we needed her. (My loved one lives there). He may see them when when he pays his rent. Organized Outings WOULD have been great! My loved one just moved in. Maybe they could do a mixer for new residents. It's very aesthetically pleasing so it makes a very good first impression. Nice fitness room. Storage there $[removed[/month is good. We are waiting for a garage ($[removed]/month).The only model that was available is the Adonis. The main area is nice, but the bedrooms and balcony are teeny weenie. The hallways are very long. Not good for someone non-ambulatory. Beautiful quiet-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances , granite counter tops, Pretty-when-new but low grade carpet. Valet trash has been great for loved one. There were zero inward-facing apartments available (Where the botche ball, fire pit, etc. are located) Oh, and step-in shower stalls, No tubs to step over into! loved one has grab bars, but I don't think that is automatic.

I am currently a resident at Encore 55+ Boutique Apartments and everything has been fine for me here at this community so far. Overall, Encore is a great place. The cleanliness and friendliness is pretty good. The value for cost, staff and activities are pretty good also. However, be aware if you ever pay the monthly rent late. After one day, it is an eviction! They don't accept late, even by mistake.

The big disappointment is that the appliances and cabinets are were not selected with older people in mind. 1). Lots of kitchen storage shelves that are low instead of pull out drawers. 2). The refrigerator unit that is most frequently accessed is on the bottom - freezer on top. 3) The washer and dry do not have buzzers indicating that they are finished. It is a quiet facility. There are a lot of resident lead, good activities available.
