This is a great community for my father. I like that the staff who are caring and attentive to his needs. The menu seems to be good and alot of variety to choose from. they have activies that are offered to the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the good care and value for others.

This is a great comment for the care for my mom.I like the staff who are caring and friendly. The community. is clean and we like the menu of healthy meals that are available. I like knowing that my mom is allowed to walk the entire community. We would highly recommend that families tour this community for the care and the good value for a loved one.

My dad has really started to settle in he has a great apt with 5 different closets, the grounds are great and they will accept your loved one should they have Medicaid coverage. The best part is that my dad got to bring his dog with him. He is also slowly starting to take part in the activities and is looking forward to his first field trip tomorrow. Dad looks forward to going to the dining area and he really likes the food. The staff and management have been great with my dad, I love seeing the difference in my Dad, he is happy here and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

My wife seems to be settling in here at The Woodlands of Middletown. It is a clean and well-kept community. I chose this community because it looked more spacious and was not so confining as some of the other we visited. The food is good, I have dined with my wife here on occasion and enjoyed the meals provided. They offer activities that they try to engage the residents to participate in. The staff is excellent and they are very attentive to the needs of the residents. They do have a small area in the memory care unit that has an area outside where residents with an aide escorting them can enjoy the greenery. I would also like to acknowledge A Place For Mom's senior advisor [Removed] for all of her help, even sending me information late into the night when I had to hurry and complete the paperwork to get my wife moved in.

The care is being met for dad and I get updates from the staff when it comes to my dad. He loves the food, it is excellent every time. They also have activities available for anyone who wants to participate.

I like this community for the great care. The staff are nice and caring. My mom likes the meals and the good variety of healthy meals. They are offering her to get involved with alot of the activites, and I hope she will participate, but she had just moved in a short time ago. I like knowing that she is happy in a clean and safe environment. I would recommend this community for the care and value to other families.

After having a tour and seeing the community we wanted to go there. We loved it. The community would have been closer but they did accept us.

Well, we would rate Symphony Manor excellent because this is the facility we chose for our father. Some of the other facilities we toured were in very close contention as we made our choice. Symphony Manor just had that something extra that put it over-the-top. I'm glad we acted when we did. The nine vacancies they had soon filled up. We were lucky. Obviously many other people thought the same as we did.

The community is outstanding and very clean. The staff are wonderful and have gone out of their way. They offer a variety of meals to the residents. I like knowing that I found a community that will assist him in the activities so that he is participating with the other residents. We would highly recommend this community to families that might have special needs for a loved one. We are happy that he is getting the care that is needed. This is a great value for families and the care that is needed.

Everyone was very friendly during our tour and bent over backwards to answer our questions. They knew all their residents by name and were very welcoming. The reason we didn't chose Hearthstone is the style of the apartment was what we were looking for.

My parents are doing very well since their move to this community. It is a great community, and I'am comfortable with their move here. They have an excellent staff. They have been very accommodating. They really have gone out their way to help my parents get use too the routine around the community. There are nice activities offered for the residents. The meals are great, they are pleased with the food. They do a good job with cleanliness of the community. The community looks good. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this community.

They welcomed mom into this community in an organized friendly manor. She was able to bring her dog which helped with the seamless transition. They offer twenty four hour nursing care and the communication between the shifts is wonderful. The management and sales department are connected and on the same page. The staff are caring, supportive, attentive and it feels like a family. The community is clean and beautiful. Mom like the food and they offer a variety of activities. This community is close to the hospital, in a beautiful neighborhood and I would recommend it.

Was very impressed with the facility and [Removed]. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I would like to see my Mom living there but with her health issues that seem to be worsening, I have my doubts about assisted living. I have a few doctor appointments set up and will see what they feel is right for her.

I loved it!! was just the perfect fit for me and my Mother, and [Removed] was awesome. It was everything I wanted it to be. The rooms are really big, and the staff so really friendly.

My parents moved here with the recommendation of A Place for Mom.The staff and residents here are so friendly and always smiling. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My parents are getting more involved in activities every day. They usually have lunch and dinner and enjoy the meals very much. There are good selections and they offer a nice alternative menu. I've shared meals with them and they were very good. My parents have a spacious apartment with a kitchen so they are able to maintain the lifestyle they had before.Everyone is my family is so pleased. I can't say enough good things about The Harbor Court.I toured several communities and no one compared! I would move here and I have already recommended them to friends and family. I also want to thank A Place for Mom for their service. It was so sudden and three weeks after contacting them my parents were moving in.My advisor with APFM gave me options and listened to my parents and family's needs.

everyone is just top notch there. the staff knows all of the residents by name and treats them all like family. apartments are very well maintained and the food is very good also.

My mother had since a good respite stay experience here at this community, that she has now moved here permanently. It is a very nice place, and I know she is safe, and in good hands. She being provided with great care,and I'am satisfied. The staff is great, they are taking very good care of her, and her needs. Everything has worked out very well for us here, and I would recommend this community.

The entire Harbor Court Team is excellent! The Management Team is caring, advised us throughout the process and was extremely helpful. We had to quickly place our father and brother within an Assisted Living Facility in three days. Once moved in, the Nurses, Aids and all personnel had all eyes on our father and brother. How comforting for us knowing they were in such great care and such a fabulous facility. They felt welcomed, the food is GREAT, quickly obtained physical therapy for both and are administering all of their medications. We HIGHLY recommend Harbor Court Assisted Living Facility having evaluated many for this major transition. Thank YOU all from the bottom of our hearts! Throughout the process, we cried, we laughed, we found the perfect home for our father and brother to live out their Golden Years!!!

I liked this place as soon as I pulled into the driveway. The facility was well kept and full of life. The staff was very welcoming and the residents seemed very happy there. The dining facilities were similar to dining in a restaurant.

We were not happy with this community. We did not see the other residents being a active by the staff. The staff was nice and friendly. This community did not seem clean and I noticed a odor. I had recommended that the community have a different way of cleaning. They appeared to have a good menu for the residents.I would suggest that other families see if this might be a good environment for the care of a family member.
