Good morning to whom it may concern I want to give my experience about living at buffington towers I love this place and I think it's a wonderful place for someone to come and live but my problem is we only have one elevator and my other problem is we can't use the restrooms downstairs and we live here a lot of people can hold their problems in their pants and have to rush with one elevator I think it should be open we have a lot of senior citizens can't walk fast have to go to the restroom sitting there waiting on the elevator even if we had two elevators I think that we still should be able to use the restroom downstairs once upon a Time when I was working here a securears ago the restrooms are always open at all times I worked at night sometimes and they will be open but I still love this place wish we could get rid of the roaches and the bed bugs but they're are under control. Despite it all I still love this place and the staff and they are doing a great job ?? and love activities

Chippington Towers is currently going thru construction. Value and cost are good. Staff has changed. My experience finding them through A Place for Mom was great.

Me personally I love our new manager [name removed] she a breath of fresh air. She's a very strict manager and her attitude is very professional by the book. I'm also communicate with other residents that loves how she is running this building. I could go on and on now and she also give us all source of activity ???? and fun times throughout the month. I have lived at North Cleveland Tower 5 1/2 years and absolutely love my apartment but there is not enough help here in the office,maintenance If you have a dog pls make sure you go by the rules! A couple of months ago I had mentioned to [name removed] that I was thinking about getting a dog! What do I need-she verbally said -shots-$50 deposit and $10 a month payments (complete cost $300) My daughter bought me a small puppy --5 weeks old but I couldn't get her til she was 7 weeks ok-so I left 2 message for [name removed] to be sure that's all I needed-she never called me back and even told me this am that I didn't leave the two message-I was going out to get puppy supplies and was getting the puppy tonight! I ran into a tenant here who told me the dog has to be 4 mos old, spayed or neutered and shots (which the pup has)went into the office and confirmed it with [name removed] I am heartbroken now cause I can't get the puppy or the refund on the puppy which is not cheap so make sure you get the right info! Management here needs help! They are overwhelmed! I wish this had never happened and I am sick over it!! should not have happened this way and I've been waiting for the right time to get a dog!!!!

The staff is great and easy to communicate with. I enjoy that he is able to make his own meals and we can join him for meals. The Dandridge Tower offers activities for the residents to enjoy. The community is well-kept and clean. You guys at A Place for Mom are wonderful!

My father in law is doing well at this community and he seems to have adjusted very well. They are caring for him very good. They keep the community nice and clean, only problem I've had is the smell of smoke is everywhere. The staff is nice and attentive. There are nice activities offered. Everything is going very well and I would recommend it.

The management is excellent! My friend was treated with great dignity and respect. I was extremely grateful to get her to a safe place to live!

I would recommend Chippington Towers I for individuals that can care for themselves. They are not equipped as an Assisted Living Facility. My brother enjoys living there. He says that the staff is excellent. The construction is challenging right now, but looking forward to the updates.

There has been a lot of good changes since new management [name removed].. [Name removed] is cleaning it up. We can sit outside [Name removed] is awesome

We chose Chippington Towers because of the price. The apartment sizes here are definitely enough space for one person, he also has his own balcony. I would recommend them to others looking.

My ratings are based on the pandemic. The doors are locked as is the office. You have to make an appointment to see the staff. The only staff member is a maintenance man that we are able to talk to. The apartment is nice, and my loved on is happy here. They have camera on campus, which is nice.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and helpful. The tour guide was very kind, and informative. All my questions were answered. The community looked decent, but a little to old for my tasted overall.

Dad is still adjusting to living at this community. He does not yet participate in any of the many activities they offer. He makes his own food. The community is clean and the staff have been very helpful. We like that he is able to be more independent and I would recommend this community.

I love these towers better than towers 1 this one is much cleaner than the other one. But the overall of this place is winderful the only thing I don't like is I wish tgey had a security guard like some of the other high rises where we are able to get to our love ones if we need to we have to call them and wait on them to open the front fir you what if your parent/grand parent is sick thats the only thing I don't like but I would give them 4 stars....

In general things seem to be going well for my loved on at Dandridge Tower. It's a nice enough looking place, but what really sets it apart is the people. Everyone is so friendly, and so welcoming! It's really a tight knit community. My loved one can be a bit of a shut-in, but she's always got neighbors knocking on her door inviting her out to socialize.

Our experience with Chippington Towers II has been very good and one we would certainly highly recommend. The staff is very friendly, and mom is in a very happy and safe place. The facility is very secure, and in fact the only only con I can think of is that their security level is so high that if something were to go wrong where I needed to get to mom in a hurry, I'm not sure I would be able to since I don't have the right card/security clearance.

Area seemed safe, staff was very helpful in process of application. Clean and friendly. Like that safety of visitors being on a list to visit, means no drop by sales people taking advantage of seniors.

The rooms are good size. We've seen it before, so we were not surprised. Just needs to be aired a little and it's ok. People are great and always positive.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. I wasn't impressed by what I saw here, it just had a run down low quality feel. They didn't seem like they had much to provide for their residents other than living space.
