We moved mom to Sage Meadows after a less than satisfactory experience with another facility. I highly praise the level of care, the amazing staff especially the Activity Director! Long term care management requires dedication, professionalism, great communication, and tenderness. The entire staff (including dietary and housekeeping and all other) excel in these areas. I am very grateful to each person who continues to touch my mom’s daily life. The Activity Director really seems to embrace opportunities for engagement that is vital to quality of mom’s life.

I love living here! Been here in my 3rd year. The staff, food, activities, are top notch. I've lived a lot of places in my 87 years, but never until I die do I want t move again!

It was the perfect distance between the kids. It was super clean, great layout, cost was great, the staff was and is very helpful and it's across the parking lot from a doctors office/pharmacy. I have and will continue to recommend it to everyone. I tell them how nice it is, how clean it is, how helpful the staff is, how nice the apartments /buildings are, how it's so nice it's right next to the doctors and last but not least how affordable it is.

The staff and environment at Sage Meadows is just wonderful and what my Dad needs. The care and authenticity of the staff members who interact and care with my Dad and our family is so reassuring as we know he is being taken care of. He loves all the activities and the beautiful grounds around the residence that bring birds to his feeders and offer a deer sighting too! We are truly grateful for being able to have our Dad at Sage Meadows.

Our experience at Spero Belle Plaine could not have been more pleasant. It has been a great place for my loved one. Dave at Spero was welcoming, genuine and has been extremely accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend Spero Belle Plaine.

Very clean, always get a smile from staff and residents they are all very caring, I am always able to reach out to the care givers, care lead or management if I need any help or have any questions, I am so happy that I found you guys and that you were able to help me when I needed it the most. you guys are doing a great job with my grandma and the other residents. keep it up.

[name removed], the nurse manager, is a partner in caring for my mom. I know I can call her at any time for support. All of the staff are super respectful of mom! Always address her as Miss [name removed]. I love it and mom tells me she likes all the staff. The facility offers activities and the nurse manager makes sure mom attends those that she can participate in. The facility is always clean. Never any odors. My mom also says the food is good.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Spero Belle Plaine. The guy who showed us around was amazing but we got an email a few days later that he had left and no longer worked there so that was a bummer. This would have been our first choice but they were booked out super far in advance.

Spero has a monthly calendar with different activities about 2-3 times a week. They have a lot of coffee & get togethers with other residents, and my father-in-law seems to enjoy that. It's really nice because they are connected with the hospital, doctors office and pharmacy. They can walk across an indoor breezeway to get there, which is very convenient. If he has an issue or needs a prescription, he can easily walk over and get it. They also have a great deal on the parking garage. I would recommend Spero Belle Plaine to others and I already have (several times).

We have recently been in contact with Sage Meadows for our aunt. I have to say we are very impressed. All the staff and especially the one providing the tour and giving us all the information about the facility are very friendly, pleasant and professional.

Our tour experience with Parkview Gardens was very positive. I really liked the look and layout of the facility. They had a lot of great amenities offered for the residents. It came down to the cost for us and it was just too expensive.

Sage Meadows is a very clean facility. My loved one loves it there. The staff is super friendly, Denise goes above and beyond! The meals are excellent, and the care is just as good. The activities are good, and I feel very happy my loved one is there.

I've lived at Sage Meadow around 1 year. I love the staff; they are very helpful. I like all of the people, and my apartment. Everything is just wonderful here. The food is lovely, except too large of portions but if that's my only complaint I think that says a lot about Sage Meadow.

I've lived at Sage Meadow for 3 years now. It's always kept very clean, which I appreciate. The staff are friendly and nice to us and I enjoy knowing the other residents that live here.

I am definitely new to touring and assessing assisted living facilities, but Sage Meadow was a great entree to this new adventure. The staff could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The facility was clean and looked to be well-equipped for this vulnerable population. The staff did a wonderful job of answering my questions and guiding me in this new endeavor.

My Mother has been a resident of Sage Meadow of Lake Geneva for about 8 months. She speaks very highly of the staff and how hard they work. The Facility is very clean and the meals are excellent. She loves her room and the views of the grounds.
