Our family had an in person tour and the lady who we spoke with was very nice and helpful. She took us to see different apartments and we thought they were very nice, the kitchens in the apartments were extremely nice. However the only bad thing is they allow smoking and that was just not for our loved one, you could smell it as you were walking around.

There have been some issues here, I have spoken to the manager, but they haven't resolved my issues, and I don't think it's right. I feel like we have been overcharged, by quite a bit. We moved in with the understanding that we would be put on a waiting list for a reduced fee, but that never happened. They promised to replace appliances that haven't been replaced.

Nasty sham! This place isn't safe. The elevators are broken a lot and you can't get anything fixed with staff slacking.
