We placed a loved one three months ago, and although she herself is having a hard time adjusting it has been a great relief for us to know she is being well taken care of. She’s truly loved by the staff even though she gives them a run for their money some days. They are very caring, very informative of how she is doing and they work with us to ensure we can give her physician all the necessary information regarding her many vital signs they monitor daily. We couldn’t be happier with the care she is receiving. The directors are also just as amazing as the staff, they stop by and see the residents, check in with staff and talk with family if they are there. Overall we love Sumpter Senior Living!!

I would definitely recommend Wendy Manor! We toured their and other places. Love the fact that their are 6 residents to one caretaker. Best ratio and a very clean, welcoming environment for my Mom.

The value for cost is a 5+. All staff are super patient and willing to meet all of the clients' needs. When compared to other places, they seem to care about what the client and families want, not what the state mandates. They genuinely seem to love and care for the residents. Seems like it is more than a job to them. It's a calling.

Heart to Home is without a doubt the best decision in taking care of my wife. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness there sets the bar high for other like facilities. I could not be more pleased.

We were skeptical of moving our loved one into a facility, after we moved them in our feelings changed. The staff is so accommodating and caring, they look after our loved ones like they were their own family. We could not be happier with our decision.

The atmosphere has a relax & interactive feel, makes the patients feel comfortable, patients are well taken care of, the staff is caring, kind and active with each individual patient and the visitors as well

My husband has been in Wendy Manor for a little over two weeks and I am so happy I decided to place him there. The staff is wonderful, he is always clean and well cared for and seems to be more engaged than he has been for a long time. He has Lewy-Body dementia and placing him out of our home was the hardest decision I’ve had to make. I am able to rest knowing he is in the hands of people who care.

Heart to Home "H2H" (Sumpter Senior Living) stands out above all other senior living facilities in the Metro Detroit area. This intimate, modern, home environment is owned by two women who hold Master's degrees in Nursing work in the home healthcare environment. My sister is a resident who has dementia. Since she has been at H2H, their team and the physician that comes to the home have better managed her dementia personality changes. H2H has 24/7 caregivers at the home at all times. When I visit, I get to know the caregivers and observe their interaction and hands-on support they provide to the residents. They treat the residents with kindness and respect. The Home Manager communicates with me, which is super important to me. H2H makes home cooked meals, the residents clothes and bedding are washed, medications are dispensed, they have a calendar of daily activities in which they try to get the resident's engaged and involved. Give H2H a call, you won't be disappointed.

If you or your loved one are scared of them being placed in a "home," this is not that kind! This is truly a warm loving home that feels like FAMILY. It is very well managed, with excellently trained, communicative, and caring staff in a small setting. It is everything you want for your loved one - you will have peace of mind that they are receiving the best care and attention around the clock. Doctors and therapists come right to the home. The owners and managers are always quick to respond to your questions or concerns. My sweet aunt was there 3 years, and in the days before she passed, current and past caregivers came by to show her (and me) their love and support. Heart to Home (both [removed]) provides the best care, best ratio of staff to residents, you could ever find. I just can't thank them enough for the love and excellent care they provided my aunt in her last years.

Care for my mother has been very caring and attentive to her needs. From the owners to the staff caring for my mom they do a very good job. It's been a trying time because my mom has been in and out of the hospital a couple times since she's been there a few months. Everyone is trying to help Mom be safe and comfortable. I have been pleased with the care she is receiving and I would recommend Wendy Manor for people looking to place their loved one in a caring facility.
