Garden View Assisted Living

Garden View has been absolutely wonderful, starting with the management, housekeeping, activities provided for residents, meals provided, etc. I can honestly say that we have had absolutely NO complaints and/or concerns since my mother-in-law has moved in approximately three months ago. I would HIGHLY recommend Garden View as an absolutely wonderful facility for your elderly family member!

The staff from top to bottom are very friendly, helpful and considerate.. The activities look good but [name removed] doesn't participate very often. The value for cost - It's horribly expensive.

My loved one was previously a resident at Garden View at New Iberia and everything was great for her at this facility! The staff was amazing and always treated us like family. They offered many activities for the residents. The housekeeping and the food were both excellent. The transition in and out were both very smooth for my loved one. I would definitely recommend Garden View at New Iberia to others!

Beautiful place....very easy to deal with. The administration went above and beyond to meet our needs. I couldn't recommend a better place. The Director help us with all the challenges it takes to make a life long change with my mother...highly recommended.

The New Director is amazing....she is willing to go above and beyond to help families and the residents moving in...very empathetic to our needs....this was my 2nd visit and the first Director was cold and not friendly...glad I gave it another chance...

This is the perfect place for my mother. The accommodations are wonderful, the staff is professional ans personable, the activities are fun. My mother loves it there. We are so happy to have such a fantastic place for our mother to live out her final years. It is very comforting to know she will be well cared for and happy.

My favorite. On visiting the memory unit, the residents seemed to be happy which I've not seen elsewhere. I also liked the rural setting. There were nice views from the windows

VERY nice place

The facility was very attractive. But one of the negatives was they did not have a nurse on staff. And they seemed to have limited activities. They still had a small number of residents compared to the facility's capacity.

The staff are very attentive to my loved ones needs they are often checking on her and making sure she is comfortable in her new living environment. The meals are tasty and an alternative option is always available from the menu if the residents are dissatisfied with the food they are being served.

They were pretty good. It's a really nice place, and the staff is very kind. They take care of everyone really well. It's kept very clean, it really has been a really nice place.

The facility was nicely kept. my only problem is the location which was volse to ma busy street.

Very nice looking place, but the administration is deplorable. In dealings with the administration, they tend to be cold, display a bad attitude, and tend to care less about helping you with a problem that involves them. I highly recommend to avoid this place.
