I'm currently a resident at Homestead Apartments and I love it here! I have no problems with the staff, but I have heard from other residents that they are not happy with the staff. Everything has been great for me here. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My mom is happy at Keystone Mano

This is a very lovely community, and I'am very pleased with my move here. Everything is working out very well, the people are great. The community looks nice, they do a good with keeping everything well maintained. There isn't much staff, but the ones I have encountered have been very friendly, and polite. They are activities available for the residents. My neighbor is a lovely lady who bakes cherry pies for me. A place for mom was very helpful with all the help they provided me with. I'am very thankful I found a place a for mom. This is a great community, and I would recommend it.

Clean/convenient. could use more kitchen drawers, only 1 drawer in kitchen

My mother in law is doing great at this community. She makes her own meals. The staff are considerate, friendly and helpful. They have an activity room where the residents can get together. They have secured locks outside. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

I am a little upset with the Dishwasher situation, being told that it was washing functioning/working the huge mess it created and with my body in the shape it is in right now, just not a great thing that happened to me. The deck, my shower mold on the spouts that were full of mold the whole shape of the shower. I was under the impression I had underground parking, I had a bathtub, and the laundry room and the lack of concern and communication between their repair man and Hawthorne. Is there any place else on this facility that I could store a few things. Other than that all is good. It is hard for me to get my car done because of the risk of falling for me at this time. The only other thing I would recommend is the next function that is catered in for a Holiday, the meat should be something softer for the other tenants to manage better like Shepards Pie, Chicken, Ribs, Grilled Fish. Some of the older ladies could not chew it and had a hard time using their knives to cut it. (Just an FYI). I would like to say [name removed] is alert and concerned with the property.

Never showed up for tour or answered calls (voice mail full). Looks like a cute and clean community.
