Placed my brother here as he was not thriving at another memory care facility. It is under new owners and management and are very receptive to family ideas and/or concerns. My 61 year old brother has severe dementia but loves being here and has enough freedom to walk around a lovely outdoors area. There are many activities that do keep residents engaged. This place is awesome in my book.

The staff have been absolutely wonderful, they are so caring. They go out of their way to do numerous things for us without charging us anything extra. We have been so pleased with everything so far. The assistant director [name removed] and director [name removed] has been wonderful to work with so far. The head nurse [name removed] has been on top of everything medically with our loved one and has shown genuine care. The meals and dining service is excellent. It is close in location which is great. We would highly recommend.

The activities here were based at the site, they never had to leave. They had bingo, trivia, etc. This was great for my dad as he was wheelchair bound. It is a very active, in house facility. It was very clean and we really enjoyed my dad's stay here. He had a button around his neck and if he pressed it, staff members would come to help right away. They were very attentive to my father and I would absolutely recommend.

Things are going very well for my mother in law at the Banyan Place. The apartment she is in is very cute, it has 2 large windows for a lot of natural lighting. The place is kept very clean and everyone there is very friendly.

My Mom was there for a short time.....But I found this facility to be awesome! It was a really nice place!!

They are caring for my grandmother very well at this community and I am very pleased. She really likes it at this community and has adjusted well. The staff is wonderful and very helpful whenever she needs them. They offer great activities through out the week to keep the residents busy. The food is great and she really likes the meals. Overall, everything is working out well and I would recommend this community.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Banyan Place! The facility itself is nice looking, clean, and very well kept. The staff is friendly and professional, and the owner was easy to work with a big help throughout the whole process! It's been a bit of an adjustment for our loved one, but they're working hard to help her get comfortable and settled in!

We are so thankful APlaceForMom found The Banyan Place for my mom, it's a perfect fit! The staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming as are the residents in the independent living building where she lives. It's small enough to feel cozy and easy to meet other residents but big enough to offer many amenities. I just wish the area they take residents to doctor appointments free of charge was larger but she has alternatives. The food is ok she says but she appreciates having a hot dinner each night and once a month they have elegant dining which she greatly enjoys. The area is very well kept, safe and quiet. One would expect a higher price based just on location alone. We are all extremely happy with Banyan Place!

This place is amazing. The management and staff are friendly, caring and very competent. They treat the residents like family. I found Banyan Place while looking for an assisted living place for my almost ninety year-old mother-in-law. I was immediately impressed with Banyan Place. I visited Banyan Place several times at different times of the day and asked the residents how they liked it. Everyone I spoke to was very happy they moved to Banyan Place and they all loved the food. Banyan Place was one of the cleanest places I visited. My mother-in-law is so happy living at Banyan Place. She has been there for 4 months now. Although my mother-in-law could afford a more expensive facility, I didn't find one better than Banyan Place. This is truly one of Boca's best kept secrets.

Looked at many places in Palm Beach County. Pricing is right on and service is outstanding. I would live there myself ! Great Place for Dad !

They are great! A+ across the board. Everything is fantastic.

it is awesome, my mom is enjoying it there and the service is great. Everything's perfect. She is not big on the activities, but she uses the bus service to go to the supermarket. It's very clean, and we are very pleased.

Really nice clean place with lots of caring staff. I was invited for a lunch tour, their food was prepared by an experienced chef who came and introduced himself to my family and I. Very impressed at the Southern Charm and the fact that is was the only place I could find without any deficiencies! Excellent place!

This is a small community and it seemed clean when we visited. The staff we met were nice. They offer respite stays and some activities.

The reason why I picked Banyan Place among all the places we visited was because it had a much more positive, engaging, good vibe and feel to it. Rather than seniors sitting around in wheelchairs, they are happy and active and well cared for. It is also very fairly priced. The only concern that I have is that they tend to be a bit understaffed on the weekends and I may end up having to hire some additional assistance to help out then. Other than that everything has been very good.

It was a nice place. 80's decor but clean. There are no rooms available on the first floor and the rooms are very far from the entrance. Not sure about the prices.

The staff there was fantastic and really seemed to care! We visited daily so there was no issue with how my mother-in-law was treated but truth be told the place is kind of run down. We would have moved her but she was comfortable there and did not want to move.
