Highly Recommended

I would tell others that this community is good for memory care residents. Mountain Vista has all levels of care. This was important to myself and the family; that our loved one is able to stay until end of life.

Best community we looked at

I can’t say enough fantastic things about this place. My sister fractured her hip and after the hospital she stayed at Mountains vista for rehab... it’s such a beautiful place and well maintained! Currently, our mom is living in the assisted living community where she’s more social and the food is amazing (we eat with her every week). We have so much peace of mind knowing she’s well cared for... Thanks to Mountain Vista!

Great care for our loved-one

My father is currently living at Mountain Vistafor 2.5 years after a stay in rehab. This place was the cleanest and friendliest community we visited. We were also relieved to know that they can care for him even if his care needs change. When you see this place you’ll be just as impressed. So thankful we found Mountain Vista!

The best care in a beautiful community

We toured many assisted living communities, this one stole our hearts. The clean and inviting building offered indoor and outdoor spaces and the dining room was spacious. We are really lucky to have found Mountain Vista for my mother who needed more help. The staff has been here for a long time and the residents are very friendly and inviting.

Foothill Views

When I was moving my mom in they completely remodeled one of the cottages for her. The entire experience has been really pleasant. My mom is always participating in the activities they offer, she really likes to play cards. The setting is really pretty, it sit right on the foothills and has nice views. I chose this community because value wise it really stood out from the rest.

A Blessing to Live Here.

We really love it here. Everyone is friendly and kind. There is a strong sense of Community which is important to us. There are many activities in which to participate. When we have a problem, maintenance is usually quick to respond. We are thankful to be here.

Good Experience

They do a very good job and treat the people in the assisted living facility very nicely. It's a big community, and it's been a good experience. The facility, the staff, the food is all good, For the longest time they couldn't do activities, but my loved one has enjoyed what they've offered, including movies and exercise classes.

The staff were ok, but not the nicest. Admin/Management were not good at all. Our Mother was placed in a higher needs wing and was singled out as a "problem" to the point we needed to move her to a new facility which tested her into a lower needs wing and who supported her with a much kinder approach. I would never refer anyone to Tudor Oaks as our Mother's time there was completely an unpleasant experience for both she our family.

"Worst It's Ever Been"

The title is a quote from the Director of Assisted Living. This place has suffered a significant decline in the quality of service since my Dad moved in 5 years ago. The worst parts include the emergency call system not working (a constant problem over the past 5 years, that persists to this day) over worked poorly trained staff, persistent problems and mistakes with medications management, and worst of all is the management simply ignoring, lying or deflecting blame for these and other problems. Staff in all units seem very disgruntled with their management. Costs increase yearly like clockwork at a rate well over 3%, yet the number of staff declined starting before the Covid pandemic and has remained consistently lower than 5 years ago. So less staff, more burned out staff, more poorly trained staff who don't stay, all resulting in a lower quality of care while the price steadily increases. Their own Nursing Care staff advised against moving Dad in there. Avoid this place!
