The Concord community was great, we had no complaints. Unfortunately due to our loved ones health she had to be taken out and moved to another facility. The rooms were very nice and we would definitely recommend this community.

My grandmother moved in recently and she loves it! She is so happy with her beautiful apartment and she loves the staff! She loves the food and atmosphere. Best decision we made choosing this wonderful community!

This is a great community. I recommend checking this community out and going here. The staff is friendly, accommodating, caring, and is a clean environment for the residents. There were several activities prior to COVID for the residents to choose from.

For the value it is really good, and I would recommend this community. Everybody I have interacted with, the residents and staff have been very cordial and friendly. I think this is due to the management team. Last year they were taken over by another Executive Director. I believe she has brought very friendly people on to the staff.

Put my mom in a week ago. Feel like the luckiest people on earth. This place is amazing. From the staff in every department to the residents. The food happy hour. Activities. Bright clean. Truly amazing. Anyone in Chicago area should be here.

I loved it. They have a pool, movie theater transportation. They offered two to three meals a day, your choice. They have a happy hour weekly. They have lots of activities, crafts, cards, bingo etc. We loved it but my dad kept forgetting that he could not smoke and kept trying smoke so I had to move him out.

I happy to inform you all that my Dad is now a resident of Concord Place as of today. Thank you all so much for your help. A Place For Mom You All are The Best

My mom has been living at Concord for almost 6 months now and she is very happy. She feels safe, supported, cared for and loved. The team is super friendly and accommodating. What I love the most about Concord is that the team is prompt at answering emails, phone messages, etccc... Furthermore, they have been so helpful with the transition. I was almost carefree. However, when you give care to others for that special someone it becomes challenging to do so. Thank you Concord for taking care of our mamita, [name removed].

A wonderful facility whose aim is to help you be the best you can be both mentally and physically. Their aim is to try and get you to assisted living and my family loves that this place thinks that way. It is clean, well run and tht staff is very caring. [Name removed]

Jackson Park Supportive Living is its own community within itself. The residents acts as family helping each other when possible. The staff works greatly together, providing the best services possible for the residents to the best of their abilities by going beyond their job descriptions. Team work is key & JPSL has demonstrated this greatly. Great Work Guys!

I'm beyond happy with the care my Mom receives. Every time I go to visit her, I'm greeted warmly at the front desk and I always feel so welcome. My Mom really needed to be somewhere that had a lot of programs to keep her busy and happy. She was so lonely at home and now I know she is enjoying life again. She especially loves participating in water aerobics. I was extremely impressed when I found out the Executive Director, [name removed], leads the class. I find that extremely impressive that she takes time to out of her day to engage with the residents living there. You can tell she truly cares about her job and those she is caring for. I really couldn't be happier with our choice. A huge thanks to the staff for everything you do!

We liked this facility very much and feel enough care would be provided as my mom ages. If we don’t find a place we like that would be a little closer for my brother, we will seriously consider Victory Centre.

This is a really clean and well ran establishment!

I recently visited an old fiebd at this Facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness and my friend enjiys the meals.

From our first visit to now 3 years later we could not be happier with Victory Center. The staff have taken wonderful care of her and kept us well informed of any changes in her health. Her room and the facility are clean and never are odors present. She is clean and well dressed always. Mom has severe dementia so their close attention to her needs give us , her family confidence when we can’t be with her. We are so glad we found Victory and at peace knowing Mom is so well cared for.

We live in Palatine so The Grand would be a good fit for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the light and airy decor and the overall cleanliness. [name removed] made us feel very comfortable with the entire operation. We would probably be ready to move in if it were not for the size of the units. They are not adequate for our needs.

Great facility...very warm and inviting. Nice studios. Love the residents elder-dog!
